Sometimes things happen at the perfect time. I was in literal tears at work with my head on the table when a delivery driver said excuse me and handed me this. Transformation Tuesday, because for some reason lately I’ve been down on myself when I should be proud of myself for the dedication I’ve put into my health. This jacket used to BARELY zip up, and most days I just wore it open because it was uncomfortably tight. I’ve been getting back to the gym- and am about to go for a run and that has boosted my mood and confidence by 100%!

I don't drink coffee that regularly but when I do I like to get it from coffee shops, so this saves me from using non-recyclable coffee cups.
What's even better is that most coffee shops give you a discount for using one of these!

Looks a tad ugly, some things are hard to make look nice 👍🏼 Chicken fried rice from @bargainboxnz mine obviously low carb-ified with cauli and instead of the soy/sweet chilli sauce mix I used coconut aminos, and a drizzle of MCT oil to up the healthy fats. Sprinkled with toasted peanuts it most definitely did not disappoint 👌🏼 Best part, plenty leftovers for lunch and extra cauli rice in the fridge too. #uglyfood
