Ya know one of the BIGGEST fears I had when Declan was 5 months old and I left an abusive situation to raise him alone?
Him having a present, consistent parent and role model.
I had dropped out of my last year of college to move across country when I got pregnant.🙄 When I left, in few months to follow, my head swirled. I was like-- how the F am I gonna put him in full time day care, work and finish school? And be a present mom?
The funny thing is, until I was IN that situation, I had never wanted to work from home.
I just wanted to lose my baby weight, regain my confidence, find my self worth, be healthy, be happy, be a good role model and have energy to keep up with him. I realized, I could help other women do the same.
I ran with it. No plan B. I didn't know how I'd make it happen, but I decided I would-- no matter what. I didn't have any business or leadership experience. I didn't even own a freaking lap top!😂 But I believed in the mission. I believed in the possibility. I trusted I could fail forward and learn along the way. It was a pretty risky and audacious choice and I'd do it all over again.✌🏻 I was thinking today how he's home for the next 9 days. I don't have to ask for time off. I don't have to move my schedule around. I don't have to stress child care.
But I do, make sacrifices, and often work weird hours-- like right now on a Saturday night, so I can be PRESENT.
For him, my team and my challengers who are determined to make self care and healthy a priority, even through the holidays.💕 The coolest thing beyond that?
And, I see the visions, present time and freedom rippling into the lives of the girls on my team who are willing to fight for it like I have.💕 Worth every sacrifice, late night and even every hour spent pouring into others rather than binging on Netflix.🌟 Why not you? I'd love to mentor you, you can be free too.🕊#freebird
Tween girls eat terrible! Just in case you didn't already know that! 😂 They can live off buttered popcorn, sugary drinks, and Chick-fil-A! It was constant requests for food. My inner tween girl was wanting all the sugar too! Unfortunately mama's metabolism isn't as awesome as those little ladies... so thank god for my superfood shake! It hit the spot as a healthy snack and I'm feeling good about my choice! I basically had the nutrition of a couple salads buuuuut it tastes like a chocolate shake! #winning#healthychoices#tweengirls#junkfoodjunkie#shakeology
With tears... It's over
Hawks lost in OT, by the extra point
I hope years from now they all remember the fun, the laughs, the "yo mama" jokes, the losses that brought the tears, the breakfasts, lunches & dinners with their buddies.
I hope they keep the fight, belief & desire to win, even after being defeated...
Life kicks your ass, I hope they keep fighting back
Wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that has reached out the past few days about my skin issues and sharing their stories 💕 really shows how many people struggle with this kind of thing and we should be talked about a whole lot more ✨ #makeupfree
I’m told I make the BEST salads. Well at least my mom says so... 🙇♀️💁
But this one is seriously SO good. Not a salad person?? Try to mix it up a bit. Here I cooked up my peppers and onions (hello amazingness 😋) and cooked the chicken with herb infused olive oil. So all I needed to dress the salad was a little bit of balsamic and there you have it!
So much flavour, no high cal salad dressing. Seems like a win win to me 😬🙋
On the weekends I need my workouts more than ever!! A full day with the boys is exhausting so I fill up my own cup in the morning so that it’s ready to pour out on them throughout the day. 🙌🏻 Few tips for getting through the weekend:
👉🏻treat it like a weekday in terms of exercise and food. Limit your eating out, get your workout in, and go to sleep at the same time.
👉🏻remember to eat like you love yourself! No undoing everything you worked hard on during the week.
👉🏻find a moment or two of stress relief even if it’s just 10 minutes of reading or a special tea.
Happy Weekend!! ✌🏻 .

When the food co-op comes through for you every single time✨.. I love that I can go in and find a variety of meals that are all meal plan approved with quality ingredients used🍃 A quick lunch doesn’t have to be the stereotypical greasy, heavy, fatty foods that our minds go to when we think of “Fast food”.. find yourself a local deli, or store that has healthy fresh items and find new options! Be willing to branch out, you’re likely missing out on something delicious😋
Today I found some awesome herb roasted turkey, citrus/tarragon carrots, maple glazed butternut squash, and an apple/kale/walnut on the side🍏 saving those carbs for later because we all know if the weekend is around the corner there a chance for a treat meal not far behind!

Just finished grocery shopping for some of the items I'll be making for Thanksgiving dinner! Beating the crowd, lines and battle for the last bag of sweet potatoes is my jam!✊🏻 What's not my jam? Gobbling til I wobble without a post food-coma game plan.😂❤️🦃 I feel like I'd be kinda selfish if I didn't tell you-- that ya don't have to go down the rabbit hole from turkey day through to New Years.🙄 Myself and 30+ girls from my team and my private challenge are pumped to take on my favorite 3 day high protein plant based cleanse to kick the bloat, pumpkin pie pounds and sluggish energy after the holiday.🙌🏻 You're welcome to join us and indulge happily knowing you have a plan to get right back on track and carry on with making self care a priority thorough the end of December. My sweetheart nephew got off the bus today and when I asked about making him a snack, he requested to make the smoothie recipe on the side of the @almondbreeze carton. Together, we measured out dairy free milk, fruit, cashews, and a hemp/flax/chia mixture. Of course, this power smoothie had to be served up in his Flash cup! It makes me so happy to see him embrace (and request!) healthy, plant based nutrition. 🍑 🌱
This was my fridge last week, stocked with tons of veggies, healthy snacks and lunches prepped and portioned out 😊. This week we’re moving, and you know how that is: nothing in the fridge, cookware packed up, etc. I know normally I’m the one offering healthy tips, but I need all the help I can get here and I know I have a lot of fit friends, many of whom are trainers and wellness coaches: what are some ways you stay healthy while moving?
Grateful today for all our grandparents! Whether it’s dinners to go or vegetables from my Grandma’s garden 🍅🥒 to the load of fresh apples from @jamez1414’s grandparents, we are blessed with family that makes sure we are fed well! 🍎 Day 18 #30daysofgratitude
Damn, do you ever stumble upon a quote that speaks so deeply to something that's on your heart?💕 "Let us remember that humanity's story only has two perennial recurring themes: struggle and progress. We mustn't wish the end of the former, as the latter would be hurried alongside it.
And so let us be clear that the small, complaining, undisciplined part of ourselves-- the distracted character wanting nothing but convenience and ease-- is unfit to be the ruler of our new destiny." BOOM. That's some Friday food for thought. What is laid out in front of you, that seems HARD, is a gift meant to grow you, not break you. Take it for the gift of clarity, intention and character growth that it is meant to be FOR you. Chances are if it feels uncomfortable but is on the way to something greater, something you feel CALLED to do-- you're in the right place.
Back to work.✌🏻#workfromanywhere
There is much debate in the treatment / traditional western for-profit health care world around this. What I know to be true for me is that my life significantly improves when I let go of the grip of compulsion with sugar. Often times, we look for research, etc to explain why. My invitation is that we look within at our own experience. This is our truth. Seeking outside only breeds more confusion.
The two most important days of your life are the day you were born and the day you figure out why.
👉🏼But how the heck do you figure that out Molly?!👈🏼
Easy. Find your passion.💞Something that makes you WANT to wake up in the morning.🌻
It boggles my mind that some people work at the same job their entire life and literally hate it! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to look back over my life and be disappointed because I never went for the life I truly desired: A life of freedom, passion, happiness, and PURPOSE.✨
My best advice? Put your doubts aside and go for your dreams!🙌🏼Passion should trump fear EVERY time.💕#livingoutloudwellness
Someone told me the other day that I was #Obsessed with working out and my nutrition.
. “Thank You! I used to be obsessed with eating cheese 🧀 and crackers and drinking wine everyday and making excuses not to go on the same 4 mile run 4X’s a week.”
I’m all good with my Obsession.
So good, I can’t wait to get even more obsessed for 80 days.
My booty 🍑 can’t wait either.
Do you need a healthy obsession? Come obsess with me!

🌿Today was a super busy day and when I got home I honestly had no desire to do my workout whatsoever.. my body felt achy and my muscles have been sooo tight so I made the choice to do some yoga today instead of my normally scheduled workout.. listening to your body and giving it what it needs is key to your progress💫
I’m so thankful for my ability to stream thousands of different workouts from the comfort of my own living room.. no wandering the gym trying to piece together a full workout.. any type of workout at the touch of my fingers and today was the day for yoga🙏🏻 I loved the class I chose today it got my core burning and loosened up my back and shoulders!
Enrollment for my next challenge group is open for 3 more days so if you are considering at all now is your time.. you know where to find me! Comment below or dm me.. I can’t wait for you to join!✨
Real life 🌚 just wanted to lay down and continue TWD but I’m pretty determined to not let my skin issues completely kill my aura ✨ it’s not always my best but moving and getting my mind off of something was real good
Used paper bowls for sliders, workout in my room, streamed from the laptop and still watched the walking dead 🤷🏼♀️
Just trying to slowly get my bod and mojo back
Now time for face mask & chill 🧖🏼♀️
Did you know that if you ate one bowl of spinach in 1953, you would have to eat 43 bowls to get the same nutritional value today?? FOURTY THREE!!! 🤔 #mindblown
That is just ONE of the many things I learned tonight at an AMAZING lecture!! THANK YOU Ali for your wonderful insight!!! ❤ #themoreyouknow
Some days I really don't feel like cooking. I have to be honest, cooking & eating plant based foods that are whole & unprocessed takes time, it takes effort, it takes energy, and it's MESSY!! Peels of this and chunks of that are all over the place from all the chopping, slicing, mincing and dicing. There are always a million dishes to do and my floor could seriously use a mop every day (but certainly doesn't get one). .
On top of teaching, planning my classes, all other chores and responsibilities, time for my own yoga practice and workouts, plus self care and relationships ... .
I could easily thrown in the towel on this whole foods, vegan, gluten free eating that I do, easily!! Except if I did, nothing else would be what it is in my life!! I would feel like crap, be back on medication, would probably be overweight and struggling with being active, have brain fog, adrenal fatigue would return and all the other undesireable side effects of eating a SAD diet would engulf my life. NO THANKS!! So I'm grateful for every chop, every saute, every dirty dish, every piece of food on the floor & smoothie splatter on the wall, lol. Because it means I eat like I love myself, and my body responds lovingly by providing me with health and vitality. And that makes it all SO WORTH IT 🙏😉✌💖🌱🍉🍋🍓🍒🍍🍆🍄
