In our past meeting, our team went to Lost Bean Coffee and @tayyjoy got this “Bulletproof coffee” which was AMAZING! I was so impress by it that I try to remake. This keto coffee is full of good fats to kick the energy, but not only that it will help you not get hungry for a couple hours. The only thing I would advice.. is to start with half amount of MCT because it really helps with digestion… THAT IT DOES! - 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 2 tbsp grass fed Butter or Ghee
- a pinch of himalayan sea salt - 4 oz almond or cashew milk
- 2 drops of stevia

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brew a cup of coffee using any brewing method you'd like.

Totally indulged at dinner and had a normal portion! I made slow cooked beef stew (using a recipe from myrecipes.com) for the hubby and little man and just couldn’t pass it up once it started smelling up the house. Gosh this recipe was amazing! It will definitely be made again as we ALL loved it! I also finished off one of my favorite @eatenlightened flavors as well as some gingerbread @halotopcreamery. Even though this was way more calories than normal, I’m headed to the gym to burn some of these calories off! Just can’t get my head in the “diet” game this week. Darn snow day taking me off my game. I must make tomorrow and Friday perfect days because this weekend is filled with food events!

Super Easy •1 cup or 2 single serve cups of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
•1 & 1/2 cup of self rising flour •Mix/kneed together till well incorporated
•Shape pretzels (next time I would make pretzel nuggets!)
•Boil pretzels for about 1 minute in boiling water with 3/4 cup of baking soda
•Place on baking tray covered with parchment paper •Top with coarse sea salt or favorite seasoning
•Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or until desired color

Cake bites review for anyone who asked! These are soooo much better if you warm them up, and the consistency isn’t “cake” like, but it is better than protein bars. One cake bite was 2sp, and warmed up it does resemble a buttery cakey flavor😋 Overall review 8/10! Worth the try! •

favorite savory breakfast to make at home 👇🏻

avocado + fried egg flatbread 🍳 🥑 
sometimes I buy the flatbread from TJs but I love the doughiness of making them at home with literally two ingredients and 5 minutes!

1/3 cup flour (any “hearty” flour will work, but I find buckwheat flour ground in a high speed blender from raw buckwheat groats - found in @wholefoods bulk bins - to work best bc it’s naturally sticky and thick)
1 tbsp ground flax
pinch of sea salt 
2-4 tbsp water depending on flour used

Stir everything together in a bowl, adding water 1 tbsp at a time until you get a muffin batter like thickness.

Butter up ya skillet. Pour on the batter and make it into whatever shape you want. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until flatbread is cooked through.

I make a bigger batch of these and throw leftovers in the freezer all the time too. Doughy flatbread at any time!!

I just found a chocolate orange and well we all know it's not Terry's it's mine .... as my procrastination levels are at an all time high - I'm just going to sit here with my cup of tea and make a list and probably crack open my chocolate orange whilst I think about getting cracking!! Apple cider vinegar for some goodness - anti-bacterial, can help lower blood sugar levels & can help with satiety.
Açai powder mostly for the pretty smoothie bowls I can make 😜 but also for some kick-ass antioxidants.
I also bought some flaxseed oil because I struggle to eat enough good fats in a day so the flaxseed oil will give me that extra boost and can help with brain health, skin, hair and nails.

For me, it was the TV. If I was watching TV, I needed something to snack on. If I was going to have a snack, then I was watching TV. The TV meant it was time to eat. This made me overeat. And it made me overeat the wrong foods for my body: I wanted to eat snacks, chips, candy, etc.

Now, I eat less of that stuff because it's boring AF to sit alone at the dinner table and eat those things. 😂😂 Try it and let me know how it goes.

I highly recommend this dinner from last night, it was out of this world. Thai chicken pizza which I got the recipe from the @weightwatchers app!! I also had some baslamic vinegar brussel sprouts and I edited the recipe to be 0sp. Lunch yesterday was a steak and pepperjack cheese salad from subway for 5 sp! Lastly, breakfast today was 2 sp work of pancakes with walden farms syrup for 0 sp, 2 eggs and hot sauce. 
I tweaked the thai pizza a little so here is what I did! 
I used a flatout wrap like the recipe says for 2sp
Then i used Thai red curry sauce from Aldi which I snagged while I was in Nebraska with my family(Colorado doesnt have Aldi yet). Its only 2 sp for 1/4 cup so it made a great "pizza sauce"

Then the toppings I used were 1 tbsp of chopped peanuts for 1sp, coleslaw mix, red onion, green onion, cilantro, red pepper, chicken, and fat free cheddar, all for 0sp!!
5sp for the whole thing!
It was crunchy and tasted so fresh and I cant wait to make it again.
For the brussels I used red wine vinegar, walden farms syrup for 0sp, salt, and pepper! Again, so delicious!

Here the key findings:⠀

- Participation in any strength-promoting exercise was associated with a 23 percent reduction in all-cause mortality and a 31 percent reduction in cancer mortality⠀
- Own bodyweight exercises that can be performed in any setting without equipment yielded comparable results to gym-based activities⠀
- Adherence to World Health Organisation's (WHO) strength-promoting exercise guideline alone was associated with reduced risk of cancer-related death, but adherence to the WHO's aerobic physical activity guideline alone was not⠀
- Adherence to WHO's strength-promoting exercise and aerobic guidelines combined was associated with a greater risk reduction in mortality than aerobic physical activity alone⠀
- There was no evidence of an association between strength-promoting exercise and cardiovascular disease mortality.⠀

Today I had a crappy start but I didnt let that affect my food choices. It's snowing here in Boulder Colorado and when I went to take my dog potty, I fell down a flight of stairs and slid 10 feet after-its super ICY!! With a bruised rump I almost caved and "treated" myself to a big breakfast, instead I went with a yummy grapefruit, 1/2 cup steel cit oats for 4sp and 13 lily's chocolate chips for 0sp. 
I am proud of myself for sticking with the plan. Also I will post my weigh in results shortly!

I live in PA so I'm not going to complain about the cold in January, I'm just going to keep thinking warm thoughts and be grateful my yard is frozen again so the dog isn't dragging in mud every day 😊
