Tonight dinner was just me and all four boys. I'm so proud of all of them- clean plates all around! (If you count Charles finishing the picky toddler's plate) Everyone is becoming more open to vegan alternatives, and we even talked about how some people eat dogs & cats, and how that's similar to people eating cows & pigs. All animals have feelings.

It's been nearly 4 months since I switched my diet to an all plant based diet.
