When we open our restaurant (that’s right, when), were gonna take a page out of @riderbklyn’s book. Whenever you go there for brunch, there’s fresh bananas on the table, and we love it. There is probably a reason they do this, but we would rather not know that reason. Like, bananas at breakfast? Kind of makes sense? But it really isn’t obvious that you’re allowed to eat then. The confusion they cause is something we can’t get enough of. At our place we are just gonna have something else random, and not even necessarily functional. Like every table will have a different Mr Sinister action figure. Or maybe it will all be the same one (the one with the light up chest, obv). Or maybe it’ll be like a can of soup with a can opener swinging from the side of each table. Just gotta ask for a pot of hot water and you got your appetizer right there if you so choose. You guys still with us? Can of soup.

Took a @SmithfieldBrand Pork Sirloin, sliced it up and used it to make this amazing Chicken Fried Pork Sirloin.
Oh, and then I topped it with a bunch of Bacon Country Gravy because Bacon Country Gravy is basically my new favorite condiment and I've been putting it on pretty much everything lately.
