📍Tea 1 cup boiling water, 2 tbsp loose leaf black tea, 1 cup almond milk

Pequeno-almoço, lanche, pré treino, snack para caminhadas... Dão para tudo! 😁 E são super fáceis de fazer! 🤗

🐰vegan 🚫 sem açúcar refinado
.
⚫2 cups aveia
⚫3 bananas muito maduras
⚫1 c. sobremesa de xarope de ácer ou outro adocante a gosto
⚫1 cup manteiga de amêndoa ou amendoim
⚫1 cup de frutos secos ou sementes ou 50/50
⚫1/2 cup de passas ou alperces secos cortadas em pedaços
⚫canela a gosto

Pré-aquecer o forno a 180o. Num tabuleiro de forno misturar a aveia com os frutos secos e a canela. Levar +/- 10m ao forno para tostar.
Esmagar as bananas em papa e em lume baixo misturar a banana com a manteiga e o adoçante, até estar totalmente misturado e morno. +/- 5m.
Numa tigela grande misturar todos os ingredientes. Forrar 1 assadeira com papel vegetal e verter a mistura para a mesma. Espalhar bem e calcar a mistura. Levar ao forno 25m, até o rebordo estar dourado.

You eat until you're satisfied as long as they're whole foods you're good to go. I hate limits and I no longer have to worry about that. - Baked chicken thighs, potatoes and onions in salt, honey and chili with pickled beetroot
- Hard boiled eggs

- Home made bread with baked onion and chicken greese

- Apples and plums
- I also ate a banana, plums and rice cake before training as I had quite a busy day.. Today I pre-baked 12 pizzas (my oven is from the early 1900's so it can hardly bake one at a time..), cooked the tomato sauce, made a tiramisu for my Man and his little brother who is going to stay with us tomorrow. Prepared his light dinner as he is not on warrior diet. Prepared my chicken for the pizza topping. Also, I made some hard boiled eggs, dinner for today, cleaned the house and worked a bit too.. Still have to do the ironing, finish my work, and clean the bathroom.. What a Friday. But I still managed to train a bit, so it was awesome😁😊😄😎🤘 --------------------------------------

Hello awesome people of the IG. Apologies if I'm not following you well enough these days. Still shaking off that respiratory sh!t that got me a month ago :P Last night I had to go to the ER because I couldn't breathe well (scary AF, this never happens to me) and this evening I sprained my ankle. 
So today I went for some retail therapy, a great literature class and baked these cookies in a weird posture, leg elevated haha
I must confess they're hard to bake, but I seem to finally have gotten the hang of it! :) No sugar added and no substitutes either: just as I like it ;) So indulge away!

Ingredients:
■ 1 3/4 cups rolled oats (NOT steel-cut).
■ 2 very ripe bananas
■ Raw ginger (grind)
■ Christmas/hot spices: ground cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon. ■ Flavours: 100% chocolate (turn into chips with a knife), pecans (chop), pumpkin & sunflower seeds or apple & black grapes (grind together into small pieces). The cookies with apple & grapes hold less together but taste much better and sweeter.

Instructions:
■ Mash the bananas into a cream. ■ Add the ginger & spices.
■ Fold in the oats. ■ Add the chocolate, apple & grapes.
■ Coat an oven tray with EVO oil.
■ Form the cookies with 2 Tbsp mix each, give them a pat with the spoon.
■ Add the pecans. Add the seeds if using them. Lightly insert them in the mix.
■ Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven, at 180 degrees.
■ Let cool and transfer to a cooling rack.
NB: Oatmeal cookies aren't supposed to be hard, just together. 
They keep up to 2 days in a cookie tin/airtight container.

Instructions: ■ Mash the bananas into a cream. ■ Add the ginger & spices. ■ Fold in the oats. ■ Add the chocolate, apple & grapes. ■ Coat an oven tray with EVO oil. ■ Form the cookies with 2 Tbsp mix each, give them a pat with the spoon. ■ Add the pecans. Add the seeds if using them. Lightly insert them in the mix. ■ Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated oven, at 180 degrees. ■ Let cool and transfer to a cooling rack. NB: Oatmeal cookies aren't supposed to be hard, just together. They keep up to 2 days in a cookie tin/airtight container.
