Aren't persimmons cute!
This winter fruit is also full of antioxidants, phytonutrients, vitamin C (especially good this time of year to support immunity) and fiber to keep you feeling full and support digestion.
They have betulinic acid which is a proven anti-tumor compound, potassium which can act as a vasodilator to lower blood pressure and copper which can help create new blood cells (think increased cognition, muscle tone, metabolism and energy).
If you are new to persimmons try them raw. They can be eaten firm (think about the feel of an avocado) or super soft (scoop out with a spoon). I love slicing them thinly and adding them to a kale salad with toasted pepitas

The Parisian markets are all about #roots these days! Sunchokes have been a highlight. I made a #quick#easy velouté this weekend by simmering and blending sunchokes, leeks, and celery root. What are your favorite ways to use roots?
NATURE' RAW HERBS and FRUITS..
Your Best Cellular Rejuvenation Insurance...
Everywhere i go, i see beautiful, ripe fruits on trees unpicked, in peoples yards or in bush land areas, unsprayed' or lying on the ground, and herbs, weeds and plants which contain potent medicinal compounds growing wild, yet untouched by humans.
And in recent travels to different countries it has become blatantly clear that without a doubt, Health IS Our Greatest Wealth. And yet people are ignorant to the gifts of Nature that surround them.
Gorgeous peeps, we are at a critical time.
The prolific epidemic of obesity in young people is 'not only confronting visually, it is the sick, lifeless, miserable energy that emits forth from them, which saddens me.
And now im in a retirement village visiting my father in palliative care and seeing a parade of older decrepit folks who again are surrounded by mango and other fruit trees full of fruits, not being picked, dandelions thistles, herbs not touched.
Big Harma has, for the majority of humans become the only 'medicine' people will happily swallow these days.
I encourage those who have awakened to the authentic Heath and Healing that Nature offers to educate, educate.
At every opportunity that opens up. Many will screw up their faces and shun Natures treasures around us, yet there are those who will listen, learn and want to bring the gifts of Nature into their Life.
Because tbe 'Radiant, Alive' energy you emit, your lightness of movement, in a body un- encumbered by excess weight, ' joy ,vitality youthful glow clear shining eyes, .Your Cellular Frequency will 'speak' to their soul.
