After months of preparation, finally the cafe I have been working on is launched! Coming up with the menu, recipe, concept...setting up the cafe from zero to hundred...altogether has been quite a journey, one I truly enjoy & appreciate and heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped all along...being a nutritionist myself and much love for cooking, all I ever wanted is to serve healthy tasty everyday food :) Project l .mo-ii

So this started as a joke I think.. Making a breakfast special based around the popular avo on toast. Then it turned to making a Panna Cotta out if it and making a surprise center 😜.
The beans pack a nice Mexican spice to go with the Jalapeños and Chorizo. Back up with tortilla chips, corn, avo, on Sourdough.. It's a nice way to wake up 😜
