THAI RECIPE->~Gai Pad Prik Gaeng
Very Macro Friendly
300 grams of chicken (1.5 breasts)
3 strands Chinese long beans
3-5 Kaffir like leaves
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoons red curry paste
Directions: Heat pan on low, add 1 tablespoon oil then add in 3 tablespoons of red curry paste stir 30 seconds. Turn heat up and add cut up pieces of chicken.
While chicken is cooking add 1 teaspoon fish oil. When chicken is almost cooked add in beans and kaffir leaves.
Recipes serves 1-2 people. We doubled the recipe! And served with a little rice.
Note: curry paste is the most important ingredient! If you don't make you're own choose wisely. Ours wasn't spicy enough so you can add cayanne pepper If needed!

I had the Stir-fried Squid with vegetables and chilli paste on a red curry sauce (that was matching the table's colour 👀) and @a_sarfati had the Massaman curry. The food at @pintorestaurant_kohlanta (Koh Lantas Old Town) was puurrrrfect 👌 and the breathtaking view 🏞 + amazing service 👨 sure helped make the experience just.. irreproachable 👏
