I’m craving for longer, brighter days but my heart is uplifted with fantastic feedback after an amazing start to a series of Wellness Workshops.  It’s so rewarding being able to reach out with support and advice on making small changes towards real and lasting effects on lifestyle and health.  Working with a community of fantastic, motivated women who are individually striving to become a greater force for themselves and their families is massively rewarding.  I too at a time have been overwhelmed by trends and “buzz feed” in the world of nutrition so being able to share my experiences, knowledge and learning with others allows them to find the right path towards a more fulfilling life #gratefulheart .
