Oat pancake with a drop of vanilla essence, 1/4 sliced banana, 2 x chopped strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon for sweetness. I had this no sugar brunch yesterday & it was fab. Protein packed with plenty of fibre, vitamins & nutrients. Add a dollop of Greek yogurt for healthy fats if you're extra hungry. Happy Brunching! #nosugar #nodietday #quickfood #simplelife

Even though I would have loved order for nachos but it's too bug and no ones wanted to share it! I just ordered chicken fajitas and soft corn tortillas 😂🍻and  1 Margarita to share with mom! ❤️✨

I'm loving the world of high-fruit & high-raw life-style. Today I had a mono-meal of papayas, & had 32oz of fresh juice (apple,celery,cucumber) for breakfast. How am I surviving???🤷 I'm not only surviving, I am thriving! The energy boost from fresh raw fruits & veggies is amazing - it's healing to the core.👍 I have gone from feeling exhausted just from the thought of cleaning my floors,😫 to not only vacuuming, but steaming them as well!
