Mornings to aaaall the early birds 🐣🐣 out there • who else wants to start with these? here is a healthy recipe for you who have energy every morning like me 🤦🏼♀️(no), but smoothies are EASY, healthy and you can aaalways add another fruits and experience with different flavours. Always remember to eat breakfast and smoothies are a great way doing that.. 👅🍒🍑
• 3 bananas
• 3 cup almond milk
• 300g berries (I used strawberries and raspberries)
• a couple of cherries
• acai powder (only if you have)

I was cooking nasi liwet (one of traditional Indonesian Rice) .
It's delicious and tasteful with some herbs and coconut milk, and serve with stinky bean a.k.a jengkol, ayam goreng bumbu kuning yg dimarinate semalaman.
Tempe goreng , tahu goreng tepung, salted fishes 🐟 from Borneo biawan & haruan
Stir fry Water spinach ,lalapan , raw veggies,
And my favorite sambal "korek"
