DINNER TIME 
I prefer spending my weekends doing things like catching up with friends or just relaxing at home enjoying my down time. I am not someone who puts grocery shopping as a priority task to be completed over the weekend. However, I do like to eat well and I don't want to impulsively or mindlessly fill up a shopping basket on a weeknight after work because I need to cook dinner. 
For someone like me, @aussiefarmersdirect's Simple & Fresh Meal Boxes are ideal. I can take my time browsing their website looking all the many different and delicious meal options and then, just order! In my area, I can get deliveries twice weekly which means I always have fresh food. The meals are very easy to make and not at all time consuming. I especially like that the instructions come printed on a card that I can keep for later use.

Hello and happy Friday!✨ I thought I'd post something savory for a change 😉 I've been sticking to simple meals, as I really can't spend all day in the kitchen, however much I'd like to 👩‍🍳☺️ The past two days I've been having this nourishing and delicious lunch: @kingsobanoodleculture brown rice noodles with yellow lentils (cooked in tomatoes and coconut milk, and flavored with lots of fresh ginger and turmeric 👌) along with cima di rapa (/rapini), which provided a great, slightly bitter contrast. Nothing better than having a plate of this in the fridge to warm up anytime. Gårdagens middag blev en riktig höjdare så det blir likadan lunch idag. En enkel men otroligt god spenatsoppa med ägghalvor och knaperstekt bacon. Vilken kombination! Stek gul lök, vitlök och fryst spenat. Lägg över det i en kastrull. Tillsätt matlagningsgrädde, vatten och ekologisk buljong. Krydda med salt, peppar och vitpeppar. Perfekt helglunch!

Green smoothies can be really gross and I was kinda expecting this one to come out that way as I was using up ingredients and making it up as I was going along. But this was delicious with a real kick 👌🏼

There was the tiniest bit of basmati rice left in a tub that I had to fill at work, and I thought, why not let's eat white rice for dinner! .
It was actually delicious! And I balanced it out with sweet and sour stir fried veg, black beans, steamed broccoli and baby black cabbage from my garden 🍲🙌🏻

Ich merke, wie diese Woche mir an die mentale Substanz geht, aber ich habe meinen #Backday durchgezogen und es war ein top Training 💪🏽 Deadlift, Rows, etc. wieder alles mit dabei 🏋🏽der Pump und das Gefühl war wieder extrem genial 😍 welche ist eigentlich eure Lieblings Übung für den Rücken? 
Ich mache jetzt noch mein Cardio Training und dann geht’s einkaufen, vorkochen und frühstücken. Die klassische Routine eben 😁

This kid has spent the entire day reminding me how friggin old I am. "Guess what mom, I'm a teenager now". 😩😩😩😩😩😩 I can't even begin to say how proud I am to be his mother. He has made me a better person and a better mom. He is so damn smart and he keeps me on my toes.  He educates me everyday and lord help me if I question what he has told me, I end up googling it and finding out that I am wrong 😂

Thank you Chase for being my first. Thank you for taking it easy on me (eased me into having friggin twins!). Thank you for being such a Goober and making me laugh every damn day. You are an amazing kid and looks to me like you will grow to be an amazing man.

I know this might not look very appealing to a lot of people but trust me, it's a good way to make something good of your #celery. I cooked a whole one (including the leaves) in water for ~30 min and then made a #puree by mixing it with #soycream in the blender. It went out with a soft taste due to the cream and it's a good source of #fiber ! 😊
