Previously we thought having eggs everyday was bad for our health. Since then, new research has emerged that says otherwise. While eggs do have high cholesterol, the body has an efficient cholesterol regulation system that makes sure you only absorb what you need. The rest, is simply excreted. So, what drive up cholesterol isn’t actually cholesterol. It’s Saturated and trans fats (which eggs don’t have a whole lot of). So, don’t be scared to eat eggs everyday (I do)! 2 eggs in the morning after a work out offer a healthy 26g of protein that is optimal for muscle synthesis! I enjoy mine over some spinach and fried mushies 🍄

Had oats for breakfast every day for breakfast this week so thought I'd mix it up today seen as it's FRYday 🎊
Whisk one egg with a splash of milk and cinnamon dip your crumpets in and fry for a couple of mins each side. Then fry and egg and POP it in the middle cause what's better than egg on egg? 💃
