Earlier this week I juiced veggies and a little fruit - which was delicious, of course 😋and there is typically a good amount of pulp from what is juiced, not fun cleaning it up, but great for mixing it with other food! Making breads is a common, awesome option, but I tried eggs today! I am sure it depends on which combination of veggies and fruit you juice, but another delicious option to make that pulp the gift that keeps on giving 😁 (this mix: spinach, carrots, cucumber, apple, and ginger)!
The Deviled Tea Eggs at @baijiu_yeg are always a classic! Black Tea, Crispy Shallot, Pickled Chilies, Togarashi, Wasabi, Scallion, Sesame Seeds! The eggs are Marinated in black tea which gives them crazy flavour! The crispy shallot give it a bit of crunch and the Togarashi, Chilies, and Wasabi give it a bit of a punch! Bite sized but delicious with so much flavour! There is a reason I get these every time!
How perfect is this breakfast?! Spicy breakfast potatoes (recipe coming soon), two over easy eggs, and steamed broccoli. And of course I put cilantro over everythaaaang because cilantro gives me life 😍
