A bit about my current meal plan ... overall, I take @jimstoppani pre-workout, post-workout, and his whey-egg-casein protein powder, as well as @dymatize casein.
I eat the majority of my carbs post-workout and still am able to stay under 50g net carbs to keep on track with my keto transition.
For example, here's today's current intake --- 28g macadamia nuts that I salt with pink Himalayan sea salt, coconut water for potassium, and my meal is three eggs and garlic scapes from our farm, 3/4 cup sweet potato, chicken spinach sausage, sour cream, and hot sauce. This snack and meal comes to under 25g net carbs.
I'm sitting at around 1,100 calories so far for the day with the current caloric goal of 2,000-2,100 overall. And while I'm at it ... if anyone suggests that you eat fewer than 1,200 calories a day .... run!
I incorporate intermittent fasting, as well, but remember, at the end of the day, it's still about calories in versus energy expenditure.
Don't make lunch an afterthought. Here's a great recipe for egg salad with #GreekYogurt instead of mayo!
For the Healthy Egg Salad:
4 hard cooked eggs, plus 2 hard cooked egg whites (save the extra yolks for another use or discard)
3/4 cup diced celery (about 3 medium stalks)
1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Whole grain bread, toasted (for 4 open faced sandwiches)
Arugula, tomato, additional chopped fresh dill

And here's another anecdote in case you think squats are necessary for glute development. Amelia @amelia_dione loves her hip thrusts, kickbacks, deadlifts, and band work. She doesn't squat or lunge or leg press, yet she still saw incredible results. These coaches who say you have to squat to build a butt don't understand glute biomechanics. If you like to squat then squat, but if you don't then don't. Same goes for any other lift - even the hip thrust 😬. Plenty of great glute exercises to go around.
