What's an underrated management skill you ask? Well, i'll tell you... it's IMPLEMENTATION. -----------------------
Its the entrepreneurial skill to bring an idea to life, and see it through to maturity is truly underrated by so many. To me, it's the one skill that encompasses convincing others, project management, threading political nuances and criticisms, communication, and converting the intangible idea into tangible products, services, or desired outcomes. The aim isn't perfection. Rather, it's satisfying needs that we're defined well, and with feedback along the way. -----------------------
So the next time you encounter an idea that you don't work on, and work through, do the following:
>>> make tangible quickly
>>> put it in front of your clients as a prototype or test
>>> accept their feedback on its merit
>>> tweak or alter to their satisfaction
>>> Repeat the previous steps until you've met the client's needs.
As an entrepreneur you know your first steps will happen in loneliness. You choose the path of entrepreneurship and want to win from the beginning BUT constantly have that specific feeling of fighting against the world all by yourself. Well, one giant tip I got from my grandfather when I started my first business at the age of 19? Keep your ground speed constant, explore skylines and keep running those roads towards your first succes. When you tasted your first, the rest will come! 🌟🚀

🤗Good days and bad days. 😒
We all have both and we all decide the split.
The last few months have been the amazing! I have had good weeks rather than good days but that wasn't always the case.
Good days were far and few between for me until I decided to leave London.
My 'good' days used to be when I felt productive at my job. But they were someone else's standards.
My happiness was being decided by someone else and I was unwilling to let it continue.
I miss the people I worked with a lot but I don't miss the lack of control I had over my time and emotions. You just have to take control 🤗
Happy hump day peeps!
We are interning all over Lagos today whoooppppp. Many many thanks to our amazing "Employers" who have graciously offered to show us the ropes so we can run our own businesses too sometime in the future💃💃💃. @earthblendafrica ❤❤❤
