One of my favourite trees in Epping Forest. I remember a primary school outing that my Dad came on where we did bark rubbings of lots of trees. Dad was telling us about the different types of trees and explaining how you tell how old a tree is. So grateful for a childhood growing up in a forest on the edge of London, certainly gave me a special outlook on life.
Absolutely speechless tonight when presented with this @aee_specialforcesfit Summer Fan Dance photo picture, a flask with an ally inscribed dog tag and far too much on a #DecathonSports voucher.
Any group of people can call themselves a "family" but only when you are brought together through adversity, reaching your limit but then pushed on by the people around you who are experiencing the same does it have any true meaning.
Whether at a session, at an event / race or shots and chocolate eclairs at the Christmas party, we will go "always a little further" and that my friend's kicks the a*rse of any other group fitness company in the land! Thank you again for sharing the love and nearly getting a tear or two from me :D
