I don't know about you, but for me, this morning felt like a real Monday Monday. ☕️☁️☕️Fortunately, I was able to get myself to a yoga class, which always makes everything better! 🙏

I was also so excited to have leftovers come together so well for this truly tasty lunch. 📷Roasted #pixiedust marinated chicken thighs from @wholefoodsnorthshore (a great time saver food) roasted sweet potatoes from @riverlander, roasted red potatoes from #hemingwayfarms, arugula salad with local pears and an apple cider honey vinaigrette, and red beet and cabbage sauerkraut from @wildbrine. I don't know if I was just really hungry or what but it was so good!!! Perfect fall food.

Bacon, mushroom, leeks, potato frittata for the one-pan breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.

Stir fry cooked bacon, mushrooms, leeks until softened. Add in sliced cooked potatoes. Distribute evenly. Turn heat down to low and add in whisked eggs (about 4-6, depending on how many you’re feeding/how hungry you are), toss in grated cheese if you like. Cook on low until bottom is sort of set, then transfer to the broiler and cook until top is set. Let sit for about 10 min before serving.

If you haven't planned your meals for the week yet here, is a good one to add. You will get your omega-3's and have dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes! 💪

Simply preheat oven to 400. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment for easier clean up. Spread a little olive oil onto parchment. Add salmon filets, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chopped parsley or dill. Top with a lemon slice. Place sliced zucchini and red onion alongside salmon and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle everything with a little bit more evoo. Bake in the oven for about 12-18 minutes depending on thickness of salmon. (Wild salmon usually cooks on the quicker side). Serve with quinoa or boiled baby potatoes and a green salad. Enjoy! ✨

I've made citrus cake from @brianharthoffman @thebakefeed covered with cream cheese frosting & topped with candid lemon & orange..Loved the flavor I added a little bit of orange blossom to boost the flavor a little bit..the taste was absolutely beautiful. Something satisfying about making your own granola bars and knowing exactly what's in them .... this batch is full of oats, almonds, wheat germ, coconut, honey, dates, apricots, cranberries, lil brown sugar and butter, then a few chocolate chips for good measure! REAL FOOD EATS // Start your day off right with grain-free "oatmeal" from the #nourishpaleo cookbook by @meatified. Seen here are the Cherry "Chocolate" and Berries & Cream flavors. The base is made from spaghetti squash and coconut, providing the dense starchy carbs and healthy fats we need to fuel our day. Add some protein and greens on the side and you're ready to roll. Eat your delicious n'oatmeal out of a coconut and I promise you won't be wishing you had one of those gross single serving packets of dehydrated grains I used to eat for breakfast. Eat Real Food folks! Real Food creates real health. So I learned a few things when shooting this image. 1.) Freshly frozen berries don't stay frozen if you touch them even once. Note to self: Next time use the food styling tweezers. 2.) Coconuts which are advertised as "easy open" are for fools. I gave up on tapping with the flat side of a chef's knife, then went for a hand saw, then finally found victory with power tools. You will not best me in our epic battle, coconuts. I win. اليوم العشا صينية تونا بالكوسا و جبنة السيدات مع زعتر بري و بصل من @jj__mc @marthaholmberg كتاب six seasons المفروض يكون شارب شيدار الي لونه برتقالي، بس هذا المتوفر حاليا. ملحا الكوسا لمدة ساعة و حطيته بالفرن عشان ينشف شوي و عقب حطيته فصينية مع حمسة زعتر بري و بصل أخضر و فوقه تونه مع جبنة  شيدار لذاذة.أحب أشكر بصراحة 
For dinner today I made tuna melt by @jj__mc @marthaholmberg ..couldn't find sharp cheddar cheese so I used regular one. And yes I was too generous, cuz why not? roasted zucchini topped with stir fried spring onions + thyme chille flakes, flaked tuna and of course cheddar cheese. It was divine 😍..this recipe for #rainydaybitescookbookclub by @rainydaybites

Her passion will feed your soul with joy and that's how she influenced me to do the same with my Instagram story. she's kind, genuine and ready to answer your questions about pastry. She made her grandmother biscotti recipe once, and it looked so delicious.
For me there's  something special about family recipe, the secret ingredient (love) my mom adore biscotti so much, more reason to make this recipe. I found it weird to mix all the ingredients together without creaming etc. however I was thrilled by the  result, it was airy & light, you would enjoy every moment chewing this biscotti without hurting your teeth. I changed the recipe a little bit. I added raisins instead of cherries, pistachio instead of almonds & blossom water instead of orange. The best part is I'm making a video for this recipe.

كيكة الليمون بالسميد و زيت الزيتون بكريمة جبنة الماسكرپوني و شراب الليمون. من  @thebakefeed. أحب الكيك الي يكون بزيت الزيتون يعطي نكهة لذيذة للكيك. الليمون مفروض يكون الأصفر بس ما كان عندي حاولت أوازن الطعم لأنه الأخضر أقوى في النكهة. غليته بماي و سكر و غطيته بالسكر و خليته ليلة كاملة عشان يصير ليمون محلى، و إستخدمت الشراب للكيك عشان اخليها طرية أكثر و عشان نكهة ليمون أقوى. الكريمة عبارة عن جبنة ماسكربوني باردة مخلوطة مع سكر بودرة مع و كريمة مخفوقة لقوام خفيف نفس الغيم ..التركيبة دمار الوصفة طويلة و الي يباها موجودة بسناب ( موجود عالبايو) 
I made Lemon semolina olive oil cake from @thebakefeed ..I love the earthy flavor of olive oil in baked goods especially with lemon. I made caramelized lime instead of lemon ( found only 1 lemon in fridge I used it for the cake boom & too lazy to drive to the store ) boiled in water with sugar, coated with sugar & let it stand overnight. brushed the cake with lemon syrup, best part was the whipped mascarpone frosting . Chilled mascarpone whisked with confectioner,s sugar & whipping cream.

I wanted to use turkey bacon but that was the only thing I could find. I made a few changes I added thyme & basil. Couldn't find ricotta so I used cottage cheese instead. Love it !! Also, this lens has an incredibly useful range for a wide range of work plus optical stabilizer. I think this system will step things up a notch. #leica #foodphotography

REAL FOOD EATS // Savor the flavor. Raise your hand if you love curry. 🙋 This is the "Chicken Curry with Creamy Spiced Pumpkin" from the #nourishpaleo cookbook by @meatified. If you think you can't get full bodied flavor without nightshades, try it! A warm bowl of curry is just what I need after a day full of back-to-back appointments. Today I've been to the biological dentist, the chiropractor, the doctor, the car dealer for an oil change and the coffee shop to coach SAD to AIP in SIX online, prep for work meetings tomorrow and lay the groundwork for launching my new sugar detox group education program. My "to do" list is smaller but I could eat a Jeep for dinner. (Notice how the reformed vegan couldn't say "horse" or "elephant" in that sentence.) Back to the curry... 1.) It has chicken thighs. 2.) It has kick. 3.) It has pumpkin and tumeric. Pumpkin is high in fat soluble vitamin A, of which many people could use more in their diet. (Ever notice little bumps on the back of your upper arms? REAL FOOD EATS // Savor the flavor. Raise your hand if you love curry. 🙋 This is the "Chicken Curry with Creamy Spiced Pumpkin" from the #nourishpaleo  cookbook by @meatified. If you think you can't get full bodied flavor without nightshades, try it! A warm bowl of curry is just what I need after a day full of back-to-back appointments. Today I've been to the biological dentist, the chiropractor, the doctor, the car dealer for an oil change and the coffee shop to coach SAD to AIP in SIX online, prep for work meetings tomorrow and lay the groundwork for launching my new sugar detox group education program. My "to do" list is smaller but I could eat a Jeep for dinner. (Notice how the reformed vegan couldn't say "horse" or "elephant" in that sentence.) Back to the curry... 1.) It has chicken thighs. 2.) REAL FOOD EATS // Playing with some of my favorite prep bowls from @jme.wdrd.ceramics. Tactile bark texture on the outside; vibrant hues on the inside. I was drawn to these bowls the moment I saw them last year. They were intended to be designated food photography props, but I fell in love and ended up using them so much in real life they hardly ever make it to IG. My friend Jamie is such a talented creative and makes this series of unique ceramics in all the things. They feel like a reflection of me; one part nature and the other part bold color. I smile every time I see them. What better gift could art give? Plus shooting them today meant I got to eat fresh figs. So there's that. Sorry Fig Newtons of my childhood. I've made tomato soup from @jj__mc it's so interesting to make a tomato soup without using canned ingredients and it's hearty, it took me 20 minutes preparing and cooking this recipe sweating onion and garlic with thyme for 5 minutes then adding  chopped tomatoes and cover for 5 minutes, blend and adjust the salt and pepper this is my forever tomato soup. And I used the English muffins crouton again ☺️, this recipe for #rainydaybitescookbookclub by @rainydaybites

This ensures steam builds up inside the pot, plumps up the rice grains and infused them with the flavours of spiced buttermilk mushrooms, crispy onions (in the biryani layers) and saffron.
