If you aren’t where you want to be yet, learn to accept yourself where you are now and use your goals as your motivation. You will not magically be happy when you have your “dream” body. The trapping paper is different, but the gift inside stays the same. ✨
Vegan pancakes 🥞
PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN!! 😋💪 Recipe:
•1 tbsp Muscle Power •1 cup oats •1 tbsp apple sauce 🍎
•1.5 cups plant milk 🥛 •1 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Combine all ingredients into your blender and bake one scoop at a time in a bit of coconut 🌴 oil.
At the end-add your favorite topping!

Aber es geht alles: hatte heute eine super Brust-/Schultereinheit! 💪🏻🙂 Aber keine Angst... so wichtig ist mir das Training dann (außerhalb von Wettkampfphasen) doch nicht ;) Hatte einfach Lust auf ein gutes #workout 😊
Some of my back and bi day today💪🏼 ▪️First video is a t-bar row. I did 4 sets of 12 on this one focusing on trying to keep a neutral spine and as always squeezing the lats at the top and as I lower the weight
▪️ Second video are some chin ups I attempted today! I usually use the assisted pull up machine but I thought I would give these a try today. Watching my videos helps me to learn the mistakes I make during lifts and improve them to ensure I am properly performing each exercise. So I definatley have some work to do with these but I attempted as many as I could for 4 sets
▪️Third video is a plate curl exercise. I completed 4 sets of 20 with a 25lb pate and supersetted these with:
▪️Fourth video: Bent over underhand grip BB row for 4 sets of 12. The focus throughout this movement should also be to keep a neutral spine and really squeeze the lats together at the top
