We had 15minutes to get to @sirchrisalott to his top set of 270kg today and he told me he really need this to happen.
Fasted 270kg on a stiff bar is quite a success. Just 2.5kg under his current max. 2 weeks out.
As a coach, you will eventually presented with what I call the "easy hard," case. It's easy because the lifter presents solid technique but it's hard because you need to be really focus on each details to make the lift easier.

CLOCK WORK VMO (1 knee bend)
This is 1 of many exercises you can do to strengthen the VMO muscle or the knee. Simply stand on 1 foot placed in the middle of the "clock" and step outside towards the lines.
Start closer to yourself and when you get a little stronger, go further. Make sure to contract the glutes and soft movement on the knee. Do each lines for 2-3 times and repeat on the other side.
