This quote came with many different pictures to choose from but Mr. Miyagi, Karate Kid and what that movie stood for drives the point home... Remember how weak and uncoordinated Daniel son was in the beginning, he was getting beat up alot and didn't see the purpose behind the lessons that Mr. Miyagi was trying to teach him...and even though he wanted to give up, he didn't. He mastered his fear, built up his confidence and prevailed in the end... Reminds me of life.... Life can beat us up sometimes, and if we ignore the lessons being taught to us, we will continue to go through the same lessons repeatedly until we learn ... #beginner#master#dontquit#stilllearning#evolving

The reason I run resilience training sessions is because I deeply believe that at our core, our inherent nature is good and kind and supremely intelligent. And only when we are in fear, confused, hurting or dealing with unresolved trauma do we cause each other harm.
I truly believe that a calm and resilient person, who is present and aware, and not in any pain will make decisions that are kind, compassionate and considerate of others. So let us deal with that. Let us put our books and telescopes down and deal with the heart.
And if I can help people to be calm, composed, unafraid and resilient, if I can assist people to develop emotional core strength and in turn they will be kinder to one another, to the environment, to the homeless, towards innocent and defenceless animals, in homes and workplaces and on the streets... then that's how I will change the world.
'Things might be feeling like they are falling apart, but really your truth is just coming together. In order for us to shift into growth and evolution it requires being uncomfortable. Maybe it requires every area of your life to be shaken up so that only the truth remains. You are emerging clearer on what you stand for and what you no longer tolerate. These pains that you feel are messengers, listen to them.' - Rumi #truth#shift#growth#pain#evolving#listentothemessages#spiritualhealing#divineguidance#loveandlight#rumi
One of many of Mother Gaia’s cycles that teach us everything day. Giving us the gift of beautiful #shapeshifting clouds. Where one sees an elephant another sees a horse. Giving us one little moment to collaborate between Nature and our imagination. As the clouds take shape and form as they drift gently or boldly across the sky, constantly shifting and #changing , adjusting themselves to the requirements of their nature. Much like us we are always #evolving and changes with our surroundings and environment. #cloudshapeshifter#cloudshapes#shapeshifter#shapeshifting#gowithtrust#dmforinquiries
Ain't that the truth!
Good morning beautifuls 😘
I felt compelled to share this quote today. So often we use the phrase "I feel bad" or "I feel guilty" (me being a number one example of this lol) because of a difference in thought or behaviour or action than that which was expected or preferred by those around us. But it's ridiculous. Guilt is a heavy, stagnant, stale and overused emotion and doesn't achieve anything. And if we think that these self defeating thoughts are harmless and go unnoticed, well that's bullshit. They usually hold us back in the physical realm and are far more detrimental to our existence and ability to thrive than you may think.
How many times have you stopped yourself from doing something, or forced yourself to do something differently, because you felt guilt about choosing the alternative?
What a massive difference in momentum for action that emotions play: acting and thinking and feeling from a position of joy and enthusiasm, versus acting and thinking and feeling from a position of guilt. Which do you suppose shall yield more fruitful results?
So, from now on I'm going to make a conscious effort in my day to pay attention to moments I feel guilt arise in my system. Then I'm going to tell it to go fuck itself.
I'll do what feels amazing and exciting and full of joy and love - instead of think or act based on guilt. Do you often feel guilty about things? If so, commit to consciously abandoning the burden of guilt from the life process with me. Holla below ❤️
Pretending like it never happened will not heal you. Hating the perpetrator will not help heal you. Acting like a savage won’t heal you. I found that the more I spoke my truth of what happen to me as a adolescent the less and less weight was on my heart. I never had much heart space for hate. But I did criticize myself in a lot of ways. Why don’t u hate him? Why don’t u animosity or resentment. Once I had become “offended by this individual being an empath I felt that this person was not healthy mentally or spiritually. I realized they were no longer in control of their urges nor at time may not even remembered what they had done. Brothers and sisters who fall under this category of pedophelia, molestor, rapist and such, if u view it metaphysically the mofos are possessed . I am not a victim. Nor did I ever allow this situation take away my power. I analyzed it for what it was. Generational curse. Luckily I was out in a position to tear the walls down on this particular sort of disease polluting our society. I vowed to speak up and let wombmen know it’s not ur fault and it’s time to heal. We must break these walls of ignorance to better address the issue. I’m here for you fams. Let’s talk! #breakmysilence#silencebroken#speakup#letsheal#evolving#women#empowerment#upliftment
