My @ketokrate did not dissapont this month! This showed up on my doorstep yesterday and the mailman didn't even charge me the duty/taxes I usually have to pay (woohoo!!) My husband has already been through it and claimed most of it for himself but I am super excited for the @gooddeesmix! Make sure to watch my stories for product reviews!
#NSV . Fitting into a size 5. I grabbed a size 5 and also a 7 just in case the 5 was too small. Much to my surprise the 5 fit without any squeezing what so ever😍. I was busting out of a size 26 (I really should've been a 28 but I was in denial of how big I truly was) to a size 5. I never thought at the beginning of this journey that I'd ever see single digit numbers on my pants.🙌 #nevergiveup
MY WORK OUT ROUTINE! Right now, I am exercising 6 days a week, 5 of which I do both cardio and weight lifting and the 6th day I just do cardio! I am strictly following @thetransformapp and I am on their Physique Program, which has proven to be AMAZING. (they also have a weight loss program and cross training program which are both so amazing as well.) My body is responding quick and the exercises are so doable and easy to follow. I work out legs 3 days a week and then my upper body the other 2 days a week! If you swipe to my second picture, I have posted a little peek inside the app showing one of my leg day routines. I have never worked out legs this much ever. The first 2 weeks were quite a shock, but now I crave a good leg work out! I feel it's what has really helped to shape and mold my body and I've noticed I burn way more calories during my leg work outs! It's also fun looking in the mirror and seeing my legs and butt look tighter and leaner in just a few weeks! (Have I mentioned @realheidipowell And @realchrispowell are geniuses. Who would've thought to train legs this much!?)
As for cardio, cardio is always interval training for 20-30 minutes and the app changes the time of each interval each week so it's always different! I also like to change up the exercises between running and the stair stepper, I feel my body responds the best to those 2. I have noticed that interval training is what is important tho. I make sure to pick a low enough intensity that allows my heart rate to come down and then a fast rate to spike my heart rate. This is what gives you max results. For the treadmill I do 4.5mph for my low intensity and 8.5mph for my high intensity and for the stair master I do level 6 for my low and level 12 for my high. •
If you haven't checked out @thetransformapp created by @realchrispowell and @realheidipowell then you need to! It's incredible and I love having a program that lays everything out for me! You can find the link in my bio to purchase! •
Also, how perfect is my Lift So Hard shirt by @lolaanddarla ? They are my new favorite tanks and so affordable!
I’ve said it before – I’m going to say it again.
If I can do this; ANYONE CAN!!! I have struggled with being overweight MY WHOLE LIFE. It’s never too late to start down a path towards a healthier YOU. You are worth it!!!!! Song du jour:
Can you believe in something
Bigger than what you left behind
Like a balloon on a long string
The recipe for the mastermind
One part sugar
Two parts feeling
Three cups full of bottled lightening
Four parts water
Five parts believing
Mix it all together and put both feet in
Can you rely on your own two hands
To cut you free from all that made you blind
One in a million would be given this change

So here's my background obesity story:
I grew up bigger than everyone cause I was tall and chubby but i wasn't obese.. everyone would say I was "solid" Or "a fine girl" I was always hungry and always thinking of food. I was bullied in school and then I just got chubbier as time went on the bullying stopped after secondary school but when I was 17 I moved out of home to college (1st photo) I lost alot of it due to *ahem* lifestyle choices. I still thought I was fat and never stood on a scales. Then came the second photo... I got pregnant at 19 and used that as an excuse to eat absolutely everything... I carried eligh for 42 weeks and he was born 9.7lbs.
After eligh I gained more and more weight. .. i was around 20stone in the 3rd photo and steadily gaining and I blamed it on everything else except the fact I was eating 3 times more than I should with no exercise what so ever. People started to comment on my weight, asking was I pregnant etc. Then in 2017 I peaked at 308lbs I was smoking 20 cigarettes a day I wouldn't walk anywhere I couldn't sleep on my back as it hurt to breathe .. I had athsma attacks. My skin was destroyed in eczema my teeth were falling out too ( I drank 2 /3 litres of coke a day)
And Then one night in March 2017 at about 2 am something clicked in my brain and I vowed publicly on social media that I would change my lifestyle. I stopped the coke I gave up take away and counted calories. I walked 6km a day and the pounds flew off... I gave up the smokes in April and took up weightlifting. It's now October and I am still just as dedicated as I was on the night I decided to change my life. I have lost 107lbs and my first goal is to get to 180lbs from 308lbs.
Thank you for making it to the end of this long ass story i just thought it would be good to give a background story.
