Life is crazy when all of a sudden one day, a deeper meaning for life awakens inside of you. Through recent struggles, frustrations, battles, and new developments, it has awaken a energy inside me i have never felt before. All of a sudden i find myself truly understanding who i am and what i am becoming. I feel connected with my own soul and vibe off the electricity flowing in my veins. For the first time in life, i finally am in touch with the emotion in my heart and that need for a deeper meaning in life to be a good person and leave a lasting legacy. Its a very weird feeling and roller coaster of emotions to wake up one day and feel this self evaluation and self worth that was before non existent, its weird to be 29 and really discovering the transition to being a man and seeing your priorities change. Its a hell of a ride, it fuels me and motivates me all while confusing me and scaring me, its uncomfortable, infectious, and radiating, and i absolutely love it! #awareness#growing#mentalgrowth#spirit#soul#spiritual#inspired#inspiration#mylife#selfless#motivated#beautiful#appreciation#understanding#transition#selflove#love#eyeofthetiger#phoenix#phx#domus#arizona#riseofthephoenix#phoenixrising
I can tell ya right now with school starting and everything else the end of summer is bringing our way, I could have many excuses to stop working out for a bit.
Truth is...if I had a gym membership, it wouldn't be getting done since it would be too easy to skip that commute.
I'm so glad I've made this habit at home. Its like doing the laundry, we don't always feel like doing it but we do it anyways.
That's what happens when habits are made.
Sure I'm not perfect and there have been times where I have gotten off track but because I have the tools so conveniently right at home, getting "off track" doesn't last long at all. The commute from my bed to my living room is pretty convenient 😄
If you have ever made exercise a habit, you know the benefits and how good it makes you feel and when you skip out on it, there's a desire to get back to it.
I recently broke through a barrier with these burpees. When I first started this program, I struggled hard with this move. It felt good to see and feel the progress.
