Cold ❄️ weather has me craving all the roasted veggies! This bowl is chock full of them: cauliflower, sweet potatoes, kohlrabi, carrots, mixed in with lacinato kale, black beans and cheddar cheese — YUM! .

I can’t get enough of spicy foods! To change things up a bit I used KOHLRABI to make noodles for this dish. Kohlrabi is a member of the cabbage family and tastes similar to broccoli stem or cabbage hearts. Who has tried kohlrabi? 🙋♀️
To spice it up I added a homemade spicy sriracha Thai sauce and threw in some kale and carrots. 😶<— I basically burned my mouth off but It was so good!
