Starting the day in the dark. Ending most days in the dark. Makes for a desperate need for light. Even though it's only 15 min. It seems to put things back in order. Today we decided to start back at the basics. Started a fitness program that I wrote for clients over 15 years ago. It was a killer. I must of been a tough trainer 🤔. My father once said, "if it seems like it's too much, it's not. Don't think about how hard it is to do. Think about how easy it is to quit. Are you a quitter ?"
So the answer then was NO and the answer remains the same. Doing WHATEVER IT TAKES is the only way!
