Merhabalar! Biz Burcu ve Aycan, 2 senedir Aşk ve Tereyağı adındaki Instagram hesabımızda çektiğimiz yemek fotoğraflarını paylaşıyoruz. Zamanla bu hobi ikinci bir işe dönüştü ve markaların sosyal medya hesapları için içerik hazırlar olduk. 3 aydır Youtube kanalımızdan tarif videolarını yayınlıyoruz. Aycan et pişirme uzmanı; ben de eski bir pastane sahibi olarak hamur işleri ve tatlıları üstleniyorum. Seda ve Defne bize bu projeden bahsettiklerinde çok heyecanlandık. Evimizin standart burger ekmeği tarifini, çocuklar için besleyici olacak şekilde revize ettik. Burger köftesi olarak da hiç yadırgamadan yiyeceklerini düşündüğümüz nohutlu ve fındıklı, hem leziz hem de oldukça besleyici bir köfte hazırladık. Biz çok sevdik, bakalım sizler de beğenecek misiniz? 4 adet Fındık Burger'in ekmek hamuru için;
2 bardak ılık süt, 2 yumurta, 1/3 bardak tereyağı, 1 çorba kaşığı instant maya, 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz, 5,5 bardak tam buğday un
Üzerleri için; 1 yumurta, 1 çorba kaşığı su, haşhaş tohumu
Köftesi için; 1 kırmızı soğan, 20 iç fındık, 1/2 demet maydanoz, 400g haşlanmış nohut, 1/2 limon suyu, 1 büyük diş sarımsak, 1 yumurta, 1 çorba kaşığı tereyağı, 1 tatlı kaşığı kimyon, tuz ve karabiber. Ekmek için tüm malzemeyi iyice yoğurup nemli bez altında ilk mayalanmaya bırakıyoruz. Hacmi iki katına çıktığında tekrar iyice yoğurup dörde bölüyoruz ve her birini kendi içine katlaya katlaya yuvarlak sandviç ekmekleri haline getiriyoruz, sonra tekrar mayalandırıyoruz. 2. mayalanma ılık bir ortamda 20-25 dakika sürer. 2. mayalandırma sonrası yumurta ve suyu hafifçe çırpıp ekmeklerin üzerine sürüyoruz ve haşhaş tohumlarını serpip önceden 180 dereceye ısıtılmış fırına veriyoruz. Yaklaşık 30 dakika sonra üzerleri güzelce kızarınca fırından alıp, ızgara üzerinde soğutuyoruz. Köfte için yağ hariç tüm malzemeyi mutfak robotunda çekip, 4 köfteyi hazırlıyoruz. After I had my fourth baby I felt lost. I had tried everything to lose the baby weight, and nothing was working. I was tired, depressed, and hated looking at my body in the mirror. One day I saw someone on social media getting results with Beachbody fitness programs and nutrition. I was desperate and gave it a shot. Turns out it was exactly what I needed. I could do the workouts at home when I needed to, and could also bring them along to the gym if I wanted to go there. In just 30 minutes a day,
I completed a workout that completely transformed my postpartum body. I drank a superfood smoothie that tasted like a milkshake. I had more energy, more confidence, and most importantly more to give to my family. I am so excited to announce that we are ONE DAY away from launching our amazing fitness and nutrition community in the United Kingdom! Before birth, your baby’s gut is nearly sterile and their immune system is immature, lacking the  bacteria that will eventually make up their microbiome. The journey through the birth canal and skin-to-skin contact are your baby’s first inoculations of all the life-supporting microbes they need for long-term health and immunity, but babies get nearly 30% of their gut bacteria from breastfeeding! These Refined Sugar Free Gingerbread Cookies are sweetened with dates and honey and are deliciously spiced. They are rather nice (and the dough is not bad either according to my 6 year old son who kept eating it 😂).
Recipe is from @loosebabyweight 
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour (original recipe contains wholemeal but I didn't have any)
1 cup ground almonds 
1/4 cup softened unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
1/4 cup honey 
5 Medjool dates (pitted and without skin)
1 egg 
1 tsp baking powder 
2 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp ground ginger 
1/tsp all spice 
1/2 tsp nutmeg 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, mix the other ingredients in food processor or with handheld mixer.  Combine dry and wet mixtures to make a dough.  Leave dough in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up. Roll the dough out to about 3mm, cut into shapes. Place onto lined baking tray and bake on gas 3 for about 20 minutes  or until golden brown. 
Enjoy!  And of course you can ice if you wish - we used melted chocolate on few.

These PB Muesli Cookies turned out delic! .

Recipe 👉 pre heat oven to 350 and line baking tray w parchemnet... set aside. 👉 In a med bowl mix 6 Tbsp natural peanut butter + 1/2 cup real maple syrup + 1.5 cups muesli of choice.  Stir well and then add 1 banana, chopped. 👉 drop onto baking sheet by the tablespoon and bake for 10 min.  Let cool for another 10 min before you dig in!

Feeling a bit under the weather with sore throat. I made myself a potent smoothie with ingredients are know for their ✅Vitamin C richness and ✅antioxidants and ✅anti-inflammatory properties  In the blender I added:
➡️4 cups of thawed mango
➡️1 cm piece fresh ginger, grated
➡️2cm piece fresh turmeric
➡️1 lemon, juiced
➡️1 orange, juiced ➡️1/2 tsp of raw honey

Blend and drink immediately. 
I keep drinking the fresh ginger and turmeric all day but may be play with flavours around so I won’t get board.

God lit a fire in me to change and to stop waiting around for someone or something to bring me happiness. And this Sunday night (8PM CST) my team is hosting an INFO session on YouTube to chat about a brand NEW program launching soon! Not only that, they got to experience it first hand before anyone else with my FAVORITE trainer (**cough** Autumn Calabrese)!!! I am so so excited to learn about it! Without knowing it, I had a horrible relationship with food, ultimately causing my body and performance to suffer. I had every excuse in the book to "justify" my nutrition choices, not wanting to tackle the issue head on. ***My goal at FIT PLATE nutrition counseling is to clarify and simplify food & nutrition while making it more approachable rather then the usual sensitive, confusing and embarrassing topic it is portrayed as.***

THE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE in the making 🍫👍😊 using avocado and banana as the base..... Why the hell not?? Every morning, without fail, I get asked to make chocolate mousse for breakfast. I limit it to once a week so it is indeed still a seen as a treat......I pack in chia, flaxseed, nut butter,  coconut oil, etc to make sure it is a basically nutritionally balanced. Sweetened with vanilla and cinnamon but for the 'sweet tooth' you could use a tiny amount of coconut nectar or date syrup. NOM NOM. 👌✔️💚

- multigrain organic coconut peanut butter sandwich - soft boiled eggs with high-cal white bait powder, white pepper and a dash of soy sauce
- coffee
- glass of full fat milk & prenatal vits (not in pic)

💚For this one, start with some healthy fat (eg organic butter, ghee, coconut oil or EVOO) in the frypan.  Add some onion & garlic. Pop in some fresh tomatoes and seasoning (eg ground cumin, paprika, fresh or dried herbs, S&P). Add chickpeas (or other pulse, or meat, if preferred). Stir through some fresh spinach. Warm through then serve sprinkled with some feta cheese and more fresh herbs. About 5 mins from start to finish! 🍃🍅 -
💚This one can then be served as a meal or a side. Portion sizing is important for the kids in your life too.  Just a little time and the right snack bags and you save #calories and #money!  Ever noticed how expensive those pre-portioned snacks are? Also- never rely on big food marketing to decide portion size for you!  Take back control! My sister @misslucky13  had to evacuate her horse from the #creekfire and friend’s were evacuated. Today we woke up to another fire #skirballfire.  So many people are loosing their homes and animals right now.  It’s heartbreaking ..... what’s so ironic is that today is Saint Nicolas day. St. Nicholas was a Christian bishop who helped the needy. After his death, the legend of his gift-giving grew. St. Nicholas transformed into the legendary character called Santa Claus, who brings Christmas presents to children around the world. 🎅🏻 It’s a good reminder that there are a lot of people in need around us. #Christmas is about giving and I would add being #grateful for what we do have. 💖🙏🏼#saintnicholasday #eatarainbow
