Distilled in small clay stills in the Oaxacan village of Santa Catarina Minas, this artisan mezcal from Del Maguey is limited to production from December to mid-spring due to specific in-season wild mountain apples and plums used in the process. After two distillations, a third and final round involves suspending a piece of coveted Jamon Ibérico ham over the distillate to incorporate its complex flavors. Smoky and savory, with notes of grilled peaches, butterscotch, and baking spices. This is the last bottle currently available in the state, and a taste can be yours for just $9 tonight until it's gone!
Finally tried Butter Beer 😬💃🏼 This Harry Potter Butter Beer from @theinventingroomae was heavenly with every sip (swipe next to see much how much I loved it). It's a soda based drink topped with made from scratch Nitrogen ice cream and is priced at AED 30. Check out my insta stories to see how it was made 😬

Mezcalero #6 , in The Office at @aviarycocktails in Chicago. Distilled from wild and semi-wild cuishe, madrecuishe, and mexicano agave by Don Valente Angel. Bottled in 2012 and only 816 total bottles produced. This was especially cool for me as this bottling is no longer available in KS.
