Since I’m still fasting, I thought my workout would be a struggle but when I tell you I feel FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC, I’m soooo serious!! I’m at my 26th hour and still going. I’ll probably cut it at 36.

Did your willpower slip at lunch or dinner today? Did you eat too many carbs or calories? Don't worry it happens to all of us. Here are two great tips for putting those extras to good use 😉
1. Hit the gym afterwards and go at it hard. We like strength circuits personally for this kind of task.
For example 5 deadlifts + 10 push ups + 10 DBL Handed KB Swings for 6 rounds with rest 45-60 seconds rest would do nicely. Warm up thoroughly and get some Light cardio in too. Use a weight on the bar you find challenging but not your 5 rep max.
Don't eat anything after your session just drink some BCAA's and start again as normal tomorrow.
2. Don't eat anything else for the rest of the day/night and get some fasted training in asap when you get up. Don't have time to go to the gym? Don't worry we have you covered 👉🏼 Warm up for 2-3 minutes doing whatever you can. Then complete 20 Bodyweight Squats + 10 push ups with 30 seconds rest between each set x 5 sets
