โœ…CARB cycling! I have 5 moderate carb days, 1 high carb day, and 1 low carb day! This is so important and when you set these days up will make or break your fat loss, muscle building, and fat loss!

โœ…CARB TIMING! - low insulin = fat loss and high insulin = muscle building, so we have periods in each day that are low insulin for stretches and high insulin for stretches! Big thanks to @muscleforlifefitness and @bodybuildingcom for the research and content that I learned to develop this stuff!!

My most recent physique photo- flexin and damn happy even without the low enough total body fat percentage to show a visible 6-pack. This is my foundational body, strength and size... Whether I lose more fat or even perhaps a minimal amount of muscle (due to the fact I've been out of the gym grind for weeks now) I've been focused on losing weight (FAT) although a deficit in calories may compromise some muscle mass, I prefer more leanness than maintaining my weight to preserve every ounce of muscle. My last mirror post was 175lbs. Lately the scale has read below 170 therefore I'm confident I'll soon be nearing 165lbs at about 7/8% bf. From that weight (and by the time I get there) -since fatloss is an intricate month(s) long process I will have made my way back into a gym facility and start a lean bulk and eat just enough extra food (specifically carbohydrates) to regain any muscle plus more [muscle returns so fast when calories are consumed in excess after a long period of under-consumption of calories- and then some] AS in I'll grow with ease and most likely stick to a 6-10 rep range but implement more hypertrophy... Foundational strength will supply energy bursts for each intense set and supported with more calories my metabolic rate will sky rocket and keep me at a sharp leanness. It is difficult to gain muscle when you're skinny but think about the group that has issues losing purely fat when genetics determine bodyfat foundational storage (for men usually the midsection) It requires much more patience than a "hard gainer" just can't wait til I am cut and I can reverse everything to strive for my previous weight of 180-190 but here's the key: My bodyfat percentage will be decreased by almost 50% and this foundational physique is only mediocre to what's to be designed/sculpted/BUILT ๐Ÿ˜› #physique #fasting #leanbulk #fastinggains #fastingforfatloss #fastingforleangains when the time is right.... But always utilizing an eating window surrounding my exercise period and carb cycling (saving my reward for post-hard work) this means any food I want and my body will metabolize any fuel more efficiently.
