No cook Paleo lunch #fatisphat
3" piece of chopped cucumber
Kalamata and green olives
2-3 Tb sunflower seeds (seed cycling)
1 Tb dried blueberries
Drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice
Hefty sprinkling of @celticseasalt and a few cranks of black pepper
Sausage stuffed acorn squash from @fastpaleo because Will told me no more of my odd concoctions stuffed into squash - I had to use a recipe. These were super easy and tasty! 😋 #paleo#glutenfree#fastpaleo
Love this no-cook plate!! #Repost @paleohope
Quick lunch. Keeping it light and nutrient loaded since I ate out for breakfast and I'll be dining out again for dinner. All organic plate filled with a honey crisp apple, rainbow carrot, red bell pepper and this artichoke/collard greens dip from @paleogirl99 site. I added lots of garlic (warding off any vampires 😬 oh and viruses 😂, and anyone who might want to talk to me might be repelled too 🙊) I also added in lots of soaked and dehydrated cashews. #paleolunch#paleodip#nocookpaleo#fastpaleo
With literally only an hour to eat on Wednesdays, I always have to either have a leftover meal or throw something together.. Today I threw all my veggies; snow peas, spinach, and cauliflower rice together in a skillet and cooked it down in some sauce I made out of cashew milk and curry powder! Such a fast simple dish! #FastPaleo#QuickDishes#SoGood 🍤🌶😋
I was tempted to eat straight from the bowl. @paleomg Loaded Ranch Chicken Wraps from #julibauerspaleocookbook . It's a great go-ton when you have no desire to cook and you grab a rotisserie chicken on your way home bc you're super lazy (or busy, which is what I told myself I was). #paleo#primal#fastpaleo
My new favorite way to cook potatoes. Slice in half the longs way and put face down on a lightly greased sheet pan. Roast in the oven at 400 for 40 mins. They are nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Plus, they cook so much faster than baking the whole potato! Perfect for busy moms.
Paleo AIP crockpot meal. Grass fed stew beef, mandarins, garlic, onion, oregano, ginger, cinnamon, smoked sea salt, 1/6th cup fire cider (minus the peppers which I leave out when making) and coconut oil. Cook til it shreds easily. I keep Crohn's in remission with a Paleo AIP lifestyle and herbs. ❤️🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱Check out my website for health info or to book a consultation. RebeccaGraceAndrews.com
My go-to meal when I forget to defrost meat/am short on time/don't feel like making a complicated dinner.... Diced potatoes started over medium/high with lots of ghee. Cover and chop up the rest of the veggies (bell pepper, onion and mushrooms (any combo will do)). Add veggies and more ghee to the pan. Stir together and crank up the heat to high. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder (or use minced garlic), and paprika. While that all cooks chop up the sausage. Throw that in and give a stir, let cook for a couple more minutes then serve! *side note*: potatoes aren't strict Paleo to many people but they work for many so use your discretion. 😘 (Had to add this in because someone jumped down my throat last week 🙄). #easypaleo#fastpaleo#paleodinner#paleohash
Later gram of dinner. Easy and a crowd pleaser. Threw some organic colorful potatoes in the oven to roast (drizzled with ghee and seasonings). Chopped up some Brussels while the potatoes started, tossed with avocado oil and seasonings and stuck those in to roast. Then formed some sliders with grassfed beef. Cooked them in a cast iron skillet. Stuck in a 200* oven to keep warm while I made the rest. Washed some romaine wedges and sliced some tomatoes from my garden. Dinner was on the table in less than 30 minutes thanks to my convection oven too. #paleodinner#easypaleo#fastpaleo#glutenfreesliders
Got my Martha Stewart on again and whipped up this bad boy - Super quick and easy "Shake 'n Bake Paleo Quiche'... D'LISH!
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Cup Chopped Bacon (I fried mine in a skillet for a bit first)
1 Small Onion (I prefer brown)
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (I've tried with Coconut Oil before and it solidified in bits due to the other ingredients being cold but tasted ok so give it a crack if you don't do Olive Oil)
1 Medium Zucchini Grated
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a lid and shake that bad boy until all combined. Or you could just whisk her up....... Not sure if they thought of that one...
3. Pour into a greased (I use coconut oil) quiche/pie dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
🤓I'm a bit of a "throw it all in and see how it turns out" kinda gal so I vary this recipe a bit from time to time and it never fails me.
This time, I didn't have an onion so went without and I forgot the salt and pepper but it was still AWESOME👌
Super EASY and super QUICK - That's what we want right!🙌
