My new favorite way to cook potatoes. Slice in half the longs way and put face down on a lightly greased sheet pan. Roast in the oven at 400 for 40 mins. They are nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Plus, they cook so much faster than baking the whole potato! Perfect for busy moms.

10 minute wild salmon patty and veggie stir-fry. 
I always keep some frozen Asian vegetable mixes from Trader Joe's or Aldi in the freezer for those busy days.

Stir fried in coconut oil, a little chicken stock and gluten free soy sauce. Healthy and quick.

My go-to meal when I forget to defrost meat/am short on time/don't feel like making a complicated dinner.... Diced potatoes started over medium/high with lots of ghee. Cover and chop up the rest of the veggies (bell pepper, onion and mushrooms (any combo will do)). Add veggies and more ghee to the pan.  Stir together and crank up the heat to high. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder (or use minced garlic), and paprika.  While that all cooks chop up the sausage. Throw that in and give a stir, let cook for a couple more minutes then serve! *side note*: potatoes aren't strict Paleo to many people but they work for many so use your discretion. 😘 (Had to add this in because someone jumped down my throat last week 🙄). #easypaleo #fastpaleo #paleodinner #paleohash

Later gram of dinner.  Easy and a crowd pleaser.  Threw some organic colorful potatoes in the oven to roast (drizzled with ghee and seasonings). Chopped up some Brussels while the potatoes started, tossed with avocado oil and seasonings and stuck those in to roast.  Then formed some sliders with grassfed beef. Cooked them in a cast iron skillet.  Stuck in a 200* oven to keep warm while I made the rest.  Washed some romaine wedges and sliced some tomatoes from my garden.  Dinner was on the table in less than 30 minutes thanks to my convection oven too.  #paleodinner #easypaleo #fastpaleo #glutenfreesliders

Got my Martha Stewart on again and whipped up this bad boy - Super quick and easy "Shake 'n Bake Paleo Quiche'... D'LISH!

📌Ingredients:
6 Eggs
2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Cup Chopped Bacon (I fried mine in a skillet for a bit first)
1 Small Onion (I prefer brown)
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (I've tried with Coconut Oil before and it solidified in bits due to the other ingredients being cold but tasted ok so give it a crack if you don't do Olive Oil)
1 Medium Zucchini Grated
1 Tablespoon Parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste

📌Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a lid and shake that bad boy until all combined. Or you could just whisk her up....... Not sure if they thought of that one...
3. Pour into a greased (I use coconut oil) quiche/pie dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.

🤓I'm a bit of a "throw it all in and see how it turns out" kinda gal so I vary this recipe a bit from time to time and it never fails me. 
This time, I didn't have an onion so went without and I forgot the salt and pepper but it was still AWESOME👌

Tonight I served the Creamy Chicken Verde on a bed of cauliflower rice mixed with sautéed kale, and then topped with cilantro and a few of the @nocrumbsleft marinated onions. P.S. These onions are seriously good on everything!

OK, certainly not my most visually pleasing (or maybe sounding) dish, but if you only new how damn good this tastes and how damn good it is for you, you totally wouldn't care.

And yes, oddly enough sardines, anchovies, and fish in general have been a pregnancy craving of mine. Or, maybe not so oddly enough since at this stage in the game is when the babe is putting on fat (to be fit to survive in this whole new world) and doing serious brain development.

Speaking of #brainfood...sardines! They're  low in mercury and exceptionally high in absorbable #omega3 fatty acids, both essential to brain and skin health and it's one of the few #realfoods through which we can get #VitaminD (best source is ALWAYS the sun). 🐟1 can sardines
🐟salt + pepper (to taste)
🐟1/4 C small onion (I like shallot or green)
🐟 fresh cilantro (or herb of choice proportionate to your taste buds)
🐟 lemon or lime juice
🐟1-2 TBS grass-fed butter or ghee
🐟3 TBS avo or olive oil
🐟chili powder (optional)
🐟 garlic (optional)

Toss it all in a food processor together and blend till smooth. To make a sardine paté melt, slather sardine paté onto a piece of whatever bread your body can tolerate...I recommend @jovialfoods einkorn bread or @legitbreadcompany #paleobread top with whatever cheese your body can handle. I like a nice #raw #grassfed cheddar or @kitehillfoods #dairyfree almond cream cheese. Broil in the oven till melted (don't you put this masterpiece in the microwave! Paleo Poppyseed Muffins 
Ingredients
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup tapioca flour
½ cup coconut sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
pinch of salt
⅔ cup applesauce
3 eggs, whisked
zest of 1 lemon
¼ cup lemon juice (or juice of 1 lemon)
2 teaspoons almond extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together coconut flour, tapioca flour, maple sugar, baking soda and powder, lavender buds, poppyseeds, and salt until combine.

In a medium bowl, whisk together applesauce, eggs, lemon juice and zest, and almond extract. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix until combine.

Grease a silicone muffin tray then use an ice cream scoop to scoop out 10 muffins.

Place in oven to bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean!

The soup is super easy. I used already chopped 3lbs bnut squash, 1.5 containers of chicken bone broth, dried minced onion and garlic, salt, pepper, and sage-and tossed it in the crockpot on high for 4 hours then I blended it to perfection...
