s nápisom na chudnutie alebo popis produktu: “shapes body and gets you toned” a na akože “mužskom” - klasickom proteíne

Fakt, je to smiešne, vyberte si kvalitný proteín overenej značky, je na vás či to bude srvátkový, hovädzí alebo mliečny, ale vážne zbytočne nevyhadzujte💸 peniaze za “ženský” proteín, ktorý je taký istý ako všetky ostané. Je to len marketing, nič iné. Pozerajte sa na zloženie proteínu, na obsah bielkovín, pridaných látok, glutamínu, poprípade možno kreatínu. Ale určite by som neodporúčal tie Diet, Ultra Loss, Get shape proteíny. 🤣
PS: Americké štúdie odhalili, že nežnejšie pohlavie zaplatí za rovnaké výrobky a služby ROČNE o 1350$ viac ako muži. 🤨

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD... this morning’s Glutes and Quads workout by @bodiesbyrachel @racheljdillon was a killer. But then I make it to this post workout meal@and it makes everything worth it... Here is my workout from this morning. 2 circuits. 1st a lower body burn combining pulse raising movements with weighted slower precision movements to target all muscle groups. 2nd circuit concentrates on upper body - arms, shoulders, chest and back. I finished off with 5 minutes of ab blowout. I’ll share that later this week. Give it a go.

Biti fit za mene je nacin zivljenja, razmisljanja, donosenja svakodnevnih odluka - popiti caj umjesto kave, pojesti crnu cokoladu umjesto mlijecne, proteinsku palacinku umjesto klasicne, otic u gym umjesto gledat tv, prosetat do ducana umjesto vozit se autom, citat motivirajuce stvari umjesto "realnih" i deprimirajucih, okruzit se pozitivnim ljudima umjesto emocionalnim vampirima, prisjetit se svojih ciljeva kad je tesko umjesto trazit izgovore i postivat svoje tijelo umjesto maltretirat ga redom zapustanja pa redom tiranije. Zasto? Zato sto mogu! Zato sta mi se cini ispravnim! Zato se na taj nacin osjecam fantasticno! Zato sto znam da sam i DUH i UM i TIJELO i da nijedan od ta tri faktora nije manje bitan. Tek kad su sva tri na nivou i u balansu, zivimo zivot u punini! Ne samo pred ljeto. Ne samo ponekad. Cijeli zivot, svaki dan! Zelim vam svima da pocnete UZIVATI u tom procesu! ❤

Eto, ja mogu predvidjeti kako cu izgledati sljedece ljeto i ono iza i ono iza jer to ne ovisi o "sreci" i "genima", vec o mojim dnevnim navikama, a ja sam svoje dovela u red i imam jednostavan recept za dobru formu. 💁

Have you ever heard of it? Intermittent fasting is an insanely good way to boost your metabolism, as well as help you shed any excess fat that you might have lingering around. I personally love intermittent fasting! Over the years I’ve adjusted myself to the 16/8 eating schedule where I typically won’t eat for most of the day, but I’m not hungry either. Your body over time adjusts to this eating regiment and since your eating window is so short, it is encouraged that you eat AS MUCH AS YOU CAN to get all those calories of the day in + your metabolism is working SUPER well because it hasn’t had to work digesting anything for so long that your body simply eats up everything you consume! And even without food in your body over those hours in the day your body will still feel energized, you will experience mental clarity, and it can even help you to break any bad eating habits! Simply because you’re not obsessing about snack foods / junk foods all the time like we typically are. It gives us the willpower to see food as a CHOICE and at that point if you’re putting CLEAN MEALS into your body in your time frame to eat, you will see RAPID results. And that’s almost with anyone who’s really stuck to it. So if you’re interested in reading about it or trying it, I’d highly suggest you do! Take note of the calories!!!
Also please note, Thunder HIIT promotes lean muscle and toning through the entire body.
If I had done the Thunder Boxing, the results would have had a wider range.
770 v 863 was recorded in favour of
Thunder HIIT (30 minute motivational class).
What does this mean⁉️
A 30 min Thunder HIIT Camp is equivelant to a 1 hour run at pace.
