Ive been on and off track lately and have been getting discouraged so I pulled out pics from where I started from and compared to today and it reminded me I've come so far and should be proud!! #keepfighting

Day 1 of the Keto diet :) Start weight: 183
Starting off with a "fat fast" eating only eggs, cheese and bacon (with 2 helpings of bulletproof coffee!) for the first 3 days. I work in a cafe so temptation will always be around, I will be posting everything I eat.
I'm also extremely poor so this Keto journey will be on a super tight budget! Wish me luck guys!
Don't know about others, but I can eat cream cheese by itself. I've discovered that mixing a little crumbled feta into sour cream makes it taste like cream cheese. I'm going to try and fat fast every two weeks to 80% fat to shake up my keto (60% fat) a little bit. Let's see if I can.
