Sooooo we did the apple orchard yesterday annddddd I had a piece of apple crisp AND shared a small apple cider donut with my kids. You know what I say to that “oh fucking well”!! #noguilt here! I bust my ass everyday so ya if I want it I can have it. Guilt is a terrible feeling you do to yourself. I didn’t beat myself up, I’m not giving up. IT IS WHAT IT IS. I’m not giving it meaning. Random amazingness. Bulletproof herbal tea.# -1tbs MCT 1tbs coconut oil. 78mil coconut milk. Salmon. Eggs. Spinach. Asparagus. Allll the ghee ❤️ This will hold me over until dinner tonight. I'm enjoying the three meals, no snacks! It's so much easier with high fat vs. high carb. I digest this so so much better 🙌🏻 plus I won't have a sugar crash around 3pm. 🎉
I was hungry! And needed some food for a long day of finishing a commissioned piece with very sore hands (from my forging weekend).
2 teeny avos with salt, pepper, garlic powder mashed and spread into a toasty flat out wrap. Topped with fried ham, 2 eggs and some parmesean.
Green eggs and ham? Pretty close!

Feels good to survive the weekend and start your week off with this reading. Not gonna lie shark week has really jacked up my readings recently but I'm assuming because this is my last day I'm back in ketone business lol. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
I "made" waffles the other day because Mike wanted something sweet after dinner and being the happy housewife that I am, I happily obliged. Who am I kidding, I said "make your own shit homefry" but then realized quickly that between the two of us - his lack of ability to cook is even more frightening than mine.
I brought out the Wake Shake and added an egg, a little bit of heavy cream, some pumpkin spice and a little baking powder and tossed it all in the mini waffle maker I bought way too long ago and never used (like every other appliance in my kitchen). Because recipes are for folks that give shits, I just mixed this all together and put it in the waffle maker. I put way too much (NO SURPRISE THERE) and it gooped over the sides. Y'all, I made about eight waffles and could not get the ratio of batter to waffle maker right. Swipe to see the batter carnage.
