Because this is to accurate not share.
I've lived the fat girl part of this meme my whole life. But attending the #CNE thid year proved to me that this is reality.
I attended the carnival many times this year, getting so many mixed reactions about not just my outfits but #mybody .
When I was all dolled up and doing a photoshoot there, I had random people coming up to me telling me how amazing I look, I got so many smiles and nods, even people coming up to take pictures of me. Any other time I was there dolled up with makeup or in a "flattering" #fatgirl outfit I was accepted.
But the times I wasn't dolled up.
When I went in sweat pants or leggings, had my hair tied back and no makeup, and in a crop top, people looked at me like I was an abomination. I got disgusting looks, dozens of head turns and shoulder taps to partners who apperently had to see me "The Walking Mess". Now the CNE isn't the only place I've experienced this. I expereinece it everyday in life, but that two week event really opened my eyes and showed me how real this is, and it's bullshit.
I can pull off sweatpants and hair buns just as good as #AnyBODY , and you can too. Society might say that us #fatgirls can't, but who gives a flying fuck, I don't need your approval. 8 times outta 10 you can catch me out with my hair tied back and no makeup on. #bigandblunt#igot99problemsbutmyfataintone#fatgirl#ican#ownit#effyourbeautystandards
