Can we make #whooshwednesday a thing cause ya girl FINALLY saw a significant loss on the scale this week! I have been struggling with small losses for a while and am so stoked to see a new low of 164lbs!! All the water, that has definitely aided in getting rid of that pesky bloat.
💟I am 5’3 and started at 220lbs
💟I started eating a ketogenic diet on May 3rd and have since lost 56lbs
💟I don’t currently have a workout routine, but I will once exams are over!!
💟I started on google, calculated my macros with a keto calculator, and track with myfitnesspal
💟I drink between 3-4L of water a day 💟I am an open book! I try to answer as many questions as I can, but I’m not an expert, I can only pull from my experiences☺️

The face of a happy girl who's HEADED HOME TO LA LA LAND!!!😍Leave it to me to find a green smoothie & kombucha in the freakin' airport....😂been killing time at the @americanair terminal for the past hour exploring the restaurants and cafes! This morning = me in a nutshell... I crack myself up. When I ordered my green smoothie, they told me they ran out of almond butter but NOT TO WORRY- Eatwards of course had an emergency pack of @justins in her backpack! The ladies at that cafe for sure thought I was nuts lol #noshame 🤷🏼♀️Anywayssss, if you fly American from Boston, you're in luck! You will surely not have trouble finding delicious, healthy food. 😋Happy Friday friends!💜✨

Heyyyyyyy goal jeans! Bought these back in September, size 7! I bought two pairs the same size and style, one fit and this one didn’t🤔🤔🤔 goes to show how inconsistent sizing can be! But super stoked that these button AND don’t give me major muffin top anymore😂 These jeans are from @garageclothing !

#keto buffalo chicken tenders are one of my favorite keto meals so thought I’d share the recipe! 🌶🐓 I used tenderloins already cut but you can definitely use breasts and just cut them into thin strips. Start with mixing 2 eggs & mayo in a bowl until it’s almost pancake batter consistency, then just dip the tenders in the egg mixture then into almond meal, then line on a baking sheet & bake until crispy (about 25-30 min at 375) when they are done, toss in buffalo sauce (I use the brand #Moores but most buffalo sauces are low/no carbs or sugar - just read labels) And that’s it - super easy!
