Squats a bench from earlier in the week... squat 4x2 112.5kg and bench 5x2 75kg. The only set I caught of bench and rep 2 was slow and annoying, lost tension and bar path was way out. But squats felt good!
Tuesday = deadlift day. Tonight some light weight speed work. Trying to put as much force into the bar as possible. 5 x 3 conventional and 3 x 3 sumo all at 170kg....sumo still doesn't feel natural. #Deadlifts#GettingStronger#FatPowerlifter
