Oh I have really missed this breakfast the past week! It's my favourite by far! I've got mini eggy muffins with smoked salmon, spinach and baby plum tomatoes in them served with extra spinach and baby plum tomatoes and a dollop of Arla Tomato and Basil Quark. With the diet winding down with 1 more full day before a well needed trip to San Diego. I'm reflecting on my process, what I learned, what I did and what I can improve on. I want to take everything I've gone through and utilize the information and knowledge to help all my clients that much more successful. My process wasn't the best or ideal at first but I figured it out and succeeded in losing 180lbs and 50% of my total bodyweight. My weightloss was done purely from hard work and consistency. No fancy diets, pills, or surgery l. 100% natural and proud of the knowledge I learned about myself and fitness/nutrition. Without this journey I never would of knew I would have a passion to want to be a 1on1 coach and make a difference in other people's lives. I know it's premature to assume as weigh in is on Wednesday but all in all even if I hit close to 180. I've still lost 180lbs as my weigh in of 360 was after a little weight loss when I was weighed at my doctors to get a blood test done. I already knew my wife was pregnant so already had my revelation to start losing weight. One of many revalations anyway. Picked up this gem at the store the other day but it's honestly how I feel when working nightshift. I also hoped to keep every post on here positive but today was not a good day for me in this journey. Started with being so tired leaving work after my body refused to adjust to nightshift for the week so I let my tiredness get to me and stopped at McDonalds for breakfast. Then I'm cat sitting for Matt right now and the man has these delicious cookies from a bakery at his house and 3 of them may have disappeared today. Sigh...focusing on the positives and getting back to it tomorrow!
Today's Exercise: Didn't get to it but did walk many laps around the unit in an attempt to get close to 10,000 steps ( I only got 8,000 and some odd looks from co-workers)
