Having a go at something new. It's a bake with chicken, lasagne noodles, parm, peas, and garlic in it. Taste is good, though somewhat on the sweet side. Need to work on bringing the sweetness down at a later date.
How often do you eat #vegetarian meals? A few years ago we jumped on the #meatfreemondays bandwagon, slowly we phased out meat more and nowadays we very rarely have any in the house at all. I have been receiving the cutest messages from you guys telling me you've been loving my stories/updates on my trip and that makes me SO HAPPY! I am more than just a marble slab and a piece of avocado toast so I'm thankful you guys appreciate seeing the other side of my life! It's our last night in Boston and it is raining! We're also exhausted from a lot of walking earlier today and just want to relax. Blaze Pizza (they have vegan cheese!) is across the street from our hotel @revereboston so we went back and now we're chilling and watching Netflix. Revere Hotel has a Netflix app on their TV system so we were able to just log in and watch ALL DA SHOWS! We are glad that we didn't end up lugging our laptops/HDMI cords because this hotel literally has everything and I'm so damn happy about it! Enjoy your night guys! #wealsohavecocktails#BeRevered
If you've followed me for any length of time, you've probably realized that I love food. The arugula salad at @edwards30a is one of the best on 30A. Go there this weekend and order it, then order the creme brûlée. It's all about balance, right?? 🐡
I am the most random baker! I came home from work and thought, "Hmm...I've got an extra 30 min, why not bake some peanut butter, chocolate banana muffins..." Lol! I guess this is dinner! #justkidding#notreally 😊 These delicious muffins are made without oil and refined sugar!!
Even though I eat the same thing every weekday for breakfast, it's still one of my favourite meals 💯 Protein oats with cacao, goji berries and protein peanut butter! 🤤 Made a few posts dedicated to my oats recipe and wrote it up (link in bio) too. I change it up slightly every now and again depending how my appetite is going in the mornings. Seriously the best breakfast. Andddd nails also kind of match the bowl 😂 polish is Frizzy Logic by Kester Black.
The @wherethe_beandrops French toast with mixed berry compote, mascarpone, maple syrup and persian fairy floss 🌸 // I am a huge fan of French toast and this was one of my favourites. I loved how crunchy the brioche was and the compote had a sharp tartness that added a great kick, nicely balanced out by the creamy mascarpone. Thanks for the invite @omptymedia and WTBD! 🍓
I mentioned to my wife that I was in the mood for corn from a local farm and grilled chicken... she smiled, grabbed a magazine and said "make this please."
