Sorry for sounding rude, but seeing this garbage at work the other day made me shake my head. DONT fall for this garbage that Purina makes. Period. Anything they make is NOT healthy for your pet. Regardless where it comes from, chicken isnt a healthy protein for your pet to begin with. My point being, avoid purina, avoid pretty labels like this. Dont fall for it.
Mineral sites are some of the best additions to a hunting property a person can have! Deer will sometimes hit these harder than the will a good plot or feeder!
For those of you who utilize mineral sites, here's a trick for you to SAVE MONEY!! Don't buy off the shelf "deer minerals". They are way over priced junk that mainly just salt. Go down to your local feeder store and get a 50lb sack each of stock salt, trace mineral and dicalcium phosphate. Mix one part of each and put it out. Throw it right on the ground and take it in to the top soil. This gives you 150lbs of nutritional minerals for another $25-35. Enjoy!
My Grandma donated this HUGE piece of king salmon to cook for our family dinner last night and omg it was delish! Baked Oatmeal Cups with Bananas and Berries
(Makes 12 servings, 1 cup each)
Nonstick cooking spray
2 large eggs, lightly beaten (I use organic)
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
2 large bananas, mashed
1 Tbsp. raw honey (I use organic)
2½ cups dry old-fashioned rolled oats (I use #bobsmills#glutenfree
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1½ tsp. baking powder
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 cups semi sweet chocolate chips #soyfree#crapfree
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Prepare twelve muffin cups by coating with spray. Set aside.
3. Combine eggs, extract ---> oh crap I forgot the extract 😂, bananas, and honey in a large bowl; mix well. Set aside.
4. Combine oats, cinnamon, and baking powder in a medium bowl; mix well.
5. Add oat mixture to egg mixture; mix well.
6. Add almond milk; mix well.
7. Divide oat mixture evenly between prepared muffin cups.
8. Top evenly with blueberries.
9. Bake 26 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Tip: Raisins, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pomegranate seeds, or blueberries can be substituted for chocolate chips.

Here are some healthy back to school meal ideas for the kiddos! These are just some of my kids' meals this Summer. Most of these are breakfasts and lunches. It's also the kind of meals we pack for school lunches. They will change with the season as we try to stick to seasonal produce. @replayrecycled •
In # order, here's what each meal contains;
1. Annie's mini bagel pizzas, orange and pear slices.
2. Gluten free chicken nuggets, organic gold fish, pistachios, apple slices and grapes.
3. Organic hummus, non gmo mini pretzels, carrots and apple slices.
4. Organic mini pancakes, scrambled eggs, orange and blueberries.
5. Lettuce burger, non gmo pretzels and apple slices.
6. Organic mini pancakes, sunny side up egg, tangelo, natural mini sausage links and natural turkey bacon.
7. Homemade guacamole, organic quinoa/flax seed corn chips and orange.
8. Gluten free chicken nuggets, pear slices, cucumber slices and orange.
9. Organic mini waffles, scrambled eggs, natural sausage patty, strawberries and blueberries. •
For school lunches, I've found my kids prefer bento style lunches. I will usually add a protein (sausage, natural deli meats with no nitrates added, nuggets, etc.), a fruit or two, a veggie, cubed cheese/cheese stick or natural "go gurts", and something dry on the side like organic gold fish, pretzels, popcorn, nuts, sometimes an organic cookie or bar. *We try to (we're not perfect) stay away from overly processed, highly sugary, genetically modified foods and artificial colors/additives. * •
