Got home from work, house to myself for an hour or so and REALLY wanted to do nothing but I gathered enough motivation to press play for a little strength training! Now recovering outside with some amazing fall weather and post workout shake! I mean, 68 degrees in Boston in October is AMAZING, yet not surprising since it will probably be snowing tomorrow! 🍂☀️❄️
Just because fitness is my “living” doesn’t mean it’s always easy to stay motivated. Believe me, I am pretty much always tired!! 2 kiddos who have awful sleep habits plus a handful of part time jobs.... but sometimes I use exercise as my energy boost even though every bone in my body says NOTHING will help! Just dig deep and DO IT! Your body and mind will thank you!!
