Going from the dark into the light.
While standing, take a deep breath in and place your hands on your solar plexus. As you exhale, stretch your arms towards the rising sun allowing your fingers to reach out for the golden rays.
Taking a seated position, either on a chair or cross-legged on the ground, continue to focus on each breathe - in and out, each breath becoming revitalised by the sun's golden ball of energy as it enters through your solar plexus then reaching out to the rest of your body, pushing out all those negative feelings and allowing your inner self to glow.
Feel the power. Feel the energy. Allow yourself to feel positive and revitalised.
Gratefully acknowledge the sun and its energy. Carry this with you throughout the day. You are part of the sun, part of its energy. Feel strong and complete. Namaste🙏
