We're eating lots of lettuce at the moment (as I may have ordered three in our veggie delivery), so rather than just having salad with some meat, hubby made hamburger wraps. Quinoa spinach chopped salad with alllllll the veggies 🥕🥒🌽🤗

Cook some quinoa (or whatever grain/seed you're feeling). Chop some crunchy veggies: celery, carrot, cucumber, pepper, radish etc. Toss in something sweet: corn, beets, dried fruit etc. Add handful nuts & seeds: hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds etc. Drizzle with whatever dressing you like, toss, and you've got a 💣 looking AND tasting salad.

I spent some time playing around in the studio yesterday morning before we had to hideaway for the day. I'm still working away on rib alignment and shoulder stability. Bit by bit I'm feeling a change. Correct alignment and muscle recruitment is paramount to optimum healthy movement for your body. That's why we do Pilates! We don't just blast our abs in class but we learn about our bodies ability to move well. Good movement patterns is the key to success in feeling good and pain free day to day. That time ||
It’s that time of the day where I feel like tucking myself up in bed on this rainy Brisbane afternoon with a good book but there are dishes to be done and dinners to be made! 
So I’ve pulled a card from my affirmation deck (which seems extremely fitting, thank you universe 😉), done an amazing peppermint lick and thrown my favourite tunes on & it’s time for this Mumma to power through this afternoon! 
Getting it all done now so then when the little minis are in bed it will be time for a cuppa, blanket and good old movie session on the couch!

Carrot quinoa porridge. I used a little banana to sweeten it, and added walnuts, shredded coconut and cacao nibs on top for a little crunch and extra nutrients. Gluten free, grain free, dairy free, sugar free (other than natural sugars from the banana) and nut free (without the walnuts on top of course), and super easy to make.  #paleoporridge #veggiesforbreakfast

🤢😒🤦‍♀️I re started my protocol yesterday and I feel H O R R I B L E today. I’ve been completely bed ridden essentially which is lovely. I started taking something called MC- bar-1 for bartonella. I essentially stopped taking it about a month ago because TBH I wanted to live my freaking life for once without being on a roller coaster of sickness... you have to get worse before you get better. Anyways, I’m back on it and it’s really not great. ✨✨✨I’ll be better soon though! Future is bright ✨✨✨

Raw veggies, leftover @cleaversorganicmeat honey beef chipolatas, a broccoli flatbread sandwich with tahini, cucumber and tomato, and two of the crunchy cookies I made yesterday. He usually has an apple or small banana for fruit break as well, but today I've given him carrot sticks and green beans for fruit break, and some mandarin to have at lunch. He's mentioned a few times that his lunch takes too long to eat, so moving some of his raw vege to fruit break time might help make lunch time quicker so he has more play time.
