I woke up with a migraine this morning so today was all about leftovers and minimum effort. I let the kiddies run a little wild while I napped on the couch, so the house is a tad messy to say the least, but at least we got through the day. Dinner was steamed vege and sausages with coconut aminos for some extra flavour. Quick and easy and quite nourishing too. Here's hoping after a good nights sleep I'll be back to normal tomorrow. #easypaleo#pajamaday#needmoresleep
Beetroot Salad - I make this every week. You can add some avocado and nuts or put it in a GF wrap. Have it as a side or as a meal. It's delish ! Tip - if your pee turns pink don't be alarmed. That just shows that your gut function is poor. As you restore your gut, beetroot won't colour your urine. It's a great food to eat to check in with how you're going with your digestive health.
