Iv been neglecting strength training for months now. I haven't had a chance to train anything other than class planning and then flexibility so today is strength day.

What gym offers FREE babysitting?? Mine does 👶🏻✋🏻 What a cute little set up 😍 After chatting to so many Mumma's including my sister @kyliejreed who is the mother to my 3 gorgeous nephews! It was brought to my attention that there aren't enough programs out there that suit Mums, that will get them results without costing them a fortune of putting their kiddlings into a create or get someone to look after them while they train. Mums don't often put themselves first when they have a little one to look after, which often leads them to feel very down about themselves. With 2 NEW 9:30am times slots a week with free babysitting and the determination to open up more with each challenge I have hope that @lucefit_aus will be able to turn this dilemma around for the wonderful Mums of Geelong!
