My final tip in this post is gradually set small targets and build up as these behaviours start to become permanent such as; *Aim for 1.5 litres of water EVERY DAY, not 2 litres one day, 0.5 the next and nothing the following day. Then build up to 2+ litres. **Aim for 2 balanced, protein rich meals per day. Then shoot for another 1 or 2 etc.
If your goals arent 8/10 achievable and are more like 2/10, you need a change of approach!
