Elderberry season is upon us! Head brewer, Travis Wallentine ( @4seasonsguy ), is putting in extra hours this week foraging for elderberries in secret locations around the eastern sierra. An abundance of water has resulted in the best elderberry picking season we've seen in years so we are confident this year's Elderberry Sour will be better than ever!
These two Bearded Wonders are heading back to Olds College for year 2 of Brew School. We're hoping to send them off with a bang! On September 8, $3 from every 20oz/16oz/Boxcar/Grunt/Growler fill goes straight to the Dream Team for school expenses, food, and probably beer. Oh and we'll have a special Cask that day too!
So many amazing things have happened this summer! We've had amazing visitors like @admiralmaltings, @mainebrewers #summersession was great, our #fieldday with UMaine Cooperative was fabulous, such flavorful beers have been made with our malts and today there was an #eclipse ! How can this summer get better?
