Working out at home I don’t feel like there’s eyes on me like at the gym. Honestly it used to give me anxiety being at the gym. That is why I never went to the gym. I paid for it, wasted a bunch of money 💰. Idk, I guess just doing this fitness thing at home in comfort, gives me a safety net. In case I trip and fall or if I make weird faces or noises. Whatever it may have been that triggered my anxiety at gyms.... I’m glad I have this thing going where I don’t need to worry about it. And if I need support I jump on my computer and talk to my ever growing network of people on the same road. If I don’t feel like working out I just get on Instagram and see stories of people pressing play when they didn’t want to. And that alone motivates me.  I can take my shirt off during my workout and be happy to know I don’t have eyes staring too. Yep. There’s many reasons why I love Team Beachbody. .

But anyway, I know some of you struggle... just like I struggled. So why not get off that struggle train and get into something that will fit your needs? It’s the day!!!!
Alarm🚨 went off at 4:50am.  I ate my pre workout meal at 5am.  Then had my Energize (delicious plant based CLEAN pre-workout)about 15-20 minutes later and by 5:30 🕠 am I was working out in my cold garage with my crew 💻 !!

Yep! You heard me ☺️. I was working out with 5 other ladies 👭👭👭 virtually on my team 👏🏼. We all jumped on the computer, streamed the same workout via Beachbody On Demand, muted our microphones and got it done 😅✅. And 40 minutes later, still ALIVE 😂, we managed to come out CHAMPS! 🙌🏻🙌🏻. Why?  Because we did it! We pushed HARD AF and didn’t give up!  I feel so accomplished and y’all at the same time, I am exhausted 😂😂😂!!

Logan had/has anxiety all last night about going back to school today and could not fall asleep. So my almost 7 year old slept in our bed. And let’s just say that when you aren’t used to it, it tends to make your sleep a bit rough 🛏 😴.

So enough with the novel. I’m just pumped that this workout is over because it was HARD. And even though I didn’t do the loved perfectly and even had to modify a little, I gave it all I had 💪🏼. Day 3/80 is done ✅ 😀. Now off to get my Little’s up for their first day back to school in 2018!

Tried a NEW recipe last night & it was so yummy! 
Sweet & Sticky Chicken Legs!!! I tweaked the recipe to make these in the air fryer & they were so very good. 20 minute Chicken🍗Legs for the win! Paired with some steamed🥦broccoli, cottage cheese, & whole🌾wheat garlic🍞toast it made an amazing yummy supper! ⬇️Recipe in the comments plus the adjustments I made for the air fryer.

Day 2 is done! 
Holy **it my 🍑ss was on 🔥🔥! These workouts are no joke. They look easy but then when they start, it's like holy crap, really?? Those little colored bands make a huge difference. The workouts are so much fun  definitely effective.

And then there's the food. At first I was like no way can I do this. Then I said to myself, yup I'm going to try this. Day 1 I said to myself, holy crap thats alot of food. And now here I am only on day 2 and already trying new food combinations. I made a healthier version of Potato Hash! Riced cauliflower, peppers, onions and a little potato. 😋

Moral of the story is you will never know what your capable of if you don't try! 
I can't wait to see what is in store for the next 78 days😊💪!

Today I wanted to see how my body had changed since starting the #advocareone80 challenge so I pulled out the 2X Tank that I took my before photos in less than 2 weeks ago 📸: @amandarice51 
I’m now 10+ lbs lighter on the scales and have lost 12 inches in my overall body measurements. These pics prove that even when the scale moves slowly and it doesn’t seem significant the inches don’t lie! This is only the beginning but I’m pumped with my progress so far. From December 29 to now I’m down a total of 22 lbs! I’m more motivated than ever before, I refuse to live an unhealthy & inactive lifestyle. 2018 is a year for change, growth and I’m going to fight my way to healthier, stronger, better me for myself & my family. #fitjourney

SO here we are. It is 2018. Let me start off by saying I do not believe in New Years Resolutions. Resolutions = changes (whether minor or major). Unless you’ve already 100% thought out these changes and made the commitment to do them you probably won’t stick to those changes. 80% of Americans give up on their resolutions by February EVERY YEAR. After I heard that I realized that I was one of the 80% and decides that it was BS to try and make a change just because the clock struck 12 and a new year was beginning. If you truly want to make a change in your life do it today, or tomorrow. Don’t wait until the next year! 
A change in the year won’t magically get you motivated. 
Although, I do believe in goals. Goals is a nice word. It makes these tasks feel more attainable and realistic. I achieved a lot of great things these past few months and I wanna continue on that path. This page feels like a good place to start. So, here I am. I am going to try and share my knowledge/love of fitness and a healthy lifestyle, as best I can, to any and everyone who wants to listen or follow. 🖤

I have always despised chips 🙅🏻‍♀️ but these are literally the best tasting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth 😍😂 I just love the wholesome flavor of these things. But at the end of the day....they’re still chips, so portion control!! it’s gonna be a toughie😂
