Feeling thirsty? Admittedly my content right now is pretty lacking since it has just been more of the same - university, work, study and trying to get my act together. But I still want to post and try to stat active and committed to this blog 💻. So here is a super lazy post.
Something that I am now more concious about is how much water I drink per day. I used to not drink that much - probably only 1.5 litres per day. But as part of laying my foundations to become a better, fitter and healthier me, I am now aiming to hit at least a gallon of water per day. .
I have been able to hit a gallon of water consistently for 3 weeks now and have experienced some slight changes - the first being that my terrible bladder means that I have to pee twice as much now 🚹. I am also always bloated with the water weight, but feel a lot more energised when I wake up. My face is also not as acne riddled and as red as it usually is. So lets just hope that I can keep this up 💪.
