We now offer our Pork BBQ cooked OR raw. We can prepare the pork and marinade and you can skewer and cook it yourself OR order it raw on skewers OR order it as usual cooked and skewered Pork BBQ. It's typically grilled and sold alongside other Filipino barbecue, but I'm seeing more vendors selling its deep-fried version and sells it with deep-fried squid (calamares) and proven/proben (deep-fried proventiculus that looks like KFC Hot Shots).
