-30 jump squats (squat to ball)
-20 push ups (hand release)

Had an awesome session with @jwils500 This was part of our leg day finisher. It is a neuro-set focused on the hamstrings, utilizing barbell good mornings, kettlebell swings, and a straight leg bridge. Essentially, a grind, a ballistic, and a static hold. We did this for 3 rounds after squats and deadlifts. Efficient and effective.

here is a clip from the finisher of today's stretching/mobility session. our guys were asked to superset lateral mountain climbers with in & out abs. we are starting to include more conditioning & explosive exercises as we get the players back into the swing of working out & head towards the spring season.

🏅2:02!!! #Finisher#GloryToGod#NoBlisters 🙌🏽 i was honestly DREADING running because of the temperature drop this year but once you make your mind up to commit to a goal you suck it up and see it all the way through✊! i had my playlist ready to GO but my fingers were so numb i couldn't even unlock my phone to start the app, yall😬. i actually passed several pairs of gloves on the ground and almost stopped to put a random pair on lol. #ItWasThatBad ⛄😖 so, it was 13.1 miles of random, hangry thoughts, pitter-patter👣, cheering, clapping, and i definitely had to talk myself (out loud) through savage mile 10. .
i stopped at EVERY water station #AllOfEm took a long sip, collected myself, and got back on the road.
