Just because you’ve suffered disappointment in the past does not mean it must continue. You have the opportunity right now to begin moving beyond that disappointment.
If you feel overwhelmed by life’s difficulties and frustrations, here’s something to consider. Every painful, negative thing that has ever happened to you is now in the past.
Though it would sometimes be nice to change the past, there is something much more powerful and valuable that you can now do. You can create the future.
The past disappointments and frustrations that seem so burdensome are kept alive primarily in your mind. You can decide right now to redirect that mental energy into thoughts and actions that move you positively forward.
No matter how you may have started, you can choose to finish strong. Now is the moment you can use to make a future that is rich, bright and fulfilling.
Amazing dinner!!!! Corn tortillas, with steak fajitas roasted peppers and onions. And a little greek yogurt on top. So delicious and filling. I love having a meal plan that allows me to keep myself on track, fills me up, and I look forward to the meals.
I'm getting better at meal prep each week, it has just taking me a little bit of time and effort to figure out how best to do it. Each week I make a couple things that I might not make it again and a few things that will become my staple as I just fall in love with recipes.

This week has NOT gone as planned. And it’s only Tuesday 😩 I’ve taken 2 unintentional rest days due to exhaustion, cramps, and general bad moods in the house... but we’ve been good about eating. I ordered @hellofresh for this week since I didn’t know when or if I’d be able to get to the store. I picked recipes that were as clean as possible. Tonight is meatloaf with potatoes and carrots (I know the gravy looks gross). There are a couple of modifications I would make for whole30, but otherwise it’s pretty clean! I love instilling health and fitness into my kid's life at such a young age. At hopes that they will keep healthy and fit their entire lives.

Today was all about working out the booty 🍑 and man oh man will I be feeling it tomorrow!
I chose to use up the rigor and use my heavy band today and I am SO glad I did! It challenged me in every way! Now there were a few moves I had to use my medium band but I will get there!!

Sometimes we tend to want to over complicate things. Whether it be life, workouts, or relationships. Sometimes the more simple something is the better. Master the basics then progress but never forget your foundation.
I’ve been doing dips since I was a kid, I’ve always liked doing triceps more than biceps, can’t explain why i think it’s the shape. The dip is a foundation exercise for me so I try to make it a part of my routine it’s an awesome workout not matter what variation you chose.
Today was the 1st leg session in the new programme that I created.
The 1st phase I added In front squats. This was the 1st time in months that I’ve done front squats and I miss them, very good for quad development.
