Just completed my week 5 day 4 #P90X3#workout ! I woke up super sore, which was probably a combination of not even getting three hours of sleep the night before last, all the lifting and work involved in setting up and tearing down for my best friend's wedding, and then drinking and excessive dancing all night lol. So I opted to do the "Cold Start" before I even did my workout, which is designed to help wake your body up when you're cold, tired, or in my case sore before you go about your designated workout for the day. Stop after that I did today's workout which was "Eccentric Lower," a lower body workout with weights that involves a bunch of different kinds of squats and lunges. I continue to be reminded how much my balance sucks, but I think I'm getting better with it when I have to balance on one foot for a workout, especially when I'm balancing on my right foot.
My right arm has been bothering me for almost a year, so I went back in for my second cortisone shot to help with the bone spur in my shoulder. My wrist has been bothering me too due to overcompensating while using weights 😢 So for the next 3 days I’m wearing this splint and after that a brace while exercising. Getting old sucks 😩
